David has over 10 years of experience working in the commercial R&D sector. Over the last 5 years he used his manufacturing and systems engineering background to architect and lead the development of complex solutions using Mixed Reality, cloud, AI, and enterprise systems to create a new paradigm of the manufacturing digital worker. David’s passion is pushing the boundaries of technology to create business value and drive cultural and performance change in the enterprise.

In addition, David is a technology evangelist, public speaker, and contributes to multiple technology publications.

Martin is Innovation Lead for the UK & Ireland. Since joining Avanade in 2017, Martin has worked in a variety of roles across both our Advisory and Experience Design practices, including as part of the London Digital Studio, and during this time has built out the XR offering in the UKI.

As Innovation Lead, Martin's role is two-fold; to bring forward new ideas and technologies that solve our clients' challenges, and to encourage our own internal culture of innovation.
