À titre de Gestionnaire principal, Data et IA – Leader régional Est, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la croissance des activités Data & IA d’Avanade dans la région de Montréal et des Maritimes. Vous dirigerez des mandats clients complexes, concevrez des solutions de données et d’intelligence artificielle innovantes et superviserez la réalisation de programmes de transformation à grande échelle.
Ce rôle requiert une combinaison d’expertise technique approfondie, de leadership en consultation, de gestion de la livraison et de développement des talents, à l’intersection de la stratégie d’affaires, de l’analytique avancée et de l’IA. Vous agirez comme conseiller de confiance auprès des hauts dirigeants clients tout en bâtissant, développant et dirigeant des équipes multidisciplinaires performantes.
Au quotidien, vous serez responsable de:
1. Leadership auprès des clients
- Diriger les mandats clients de bout en bout, de la phase de cadrage et de conception jusqu’à la livraison.
- Agir comme conseiller stratégique auprès de cadres supérieurs (directeurs, vice-présidents et dirigeants).
- Animer des ateliers, séances de découverte et activités de conception de solutions.
2. Développement des affaires et croissance de la pratique
Définir et exécuter la stratégie de développement des affaires Data & IA pour la région de Montréal et des Maritimes.
Contribuer aux activités de développement des affaires, incluant l’identification d’occasions, la préparation de propositions et le façonnement d’opportunités.
Contribuer à la conclusion de mandats en données et en IA tout en renforçant et développant les relations clients existantes.
Développer des offres de mise en marché et des accélérateurs réutilisables pour la pratique Data et IA.
3. Leadership des talents
Diriger le recrutement, le mentorat et le développement de carrière des talents en ingénierie des données et en IA.
Évaluer les candidats pour des rôles techniques spécialisés.
Développer et faire évoluer un vivier de talents performant, diversifié et capable de soutenir la croissance de la pratique.
4. Architecture et ingénierie des solutions
Définir des architectures de données et d’IA de bout en bout, incluant l’ingestion, la transformation, la mise à disposition et les composantes IA/ML.
Concevoir des solutions évolutives s’appuyant sur Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks et des plateformes de données modernes.
Assurer l’alignement avec les normes d’architecture d’entreprise, de gouvernance et de sécurité.
5. IA et innovation
Favoriser l’adoption de solutions d’IA et d’apprentissage automatique, incluant l’IA générative et les architectures agentiques.
Diriger des preuves de concept (PoC) et des initiatives MVP.
Participer activement à l’innovation interne et au rayonnement de l’expertise de la pratique Data et IA.
6. Leadership de la livraison
Superviser des programmes de grande envergure en ingénierie des données, analytique et IA.
Gérer des équipes de livraison multidisciplinaires (ingénieurs de données, architectes, scientifiques de données).
Assurer la qualité, la gestion des risques et le succès global des livraisons.

We are seeking a Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) at the Manager level to support and grow strategic technology relationships with key clients across Canada. This role focuses on aligning Microsoft technologies to client business priorities, contributing to technology roadmaps, and serving as a trusted advisor across the client lifecycle.
As an MTAL, you will partner closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to drive value, adoption, and innovation across the Microsoft ecosystem, while supporting account growth and delivery excellence.
What you'll do
Support ownership of the technology relationship for assigned client accounts

Day to Day, You Will:
1. Client Engagement Leadership
Lead end-to-end client engagements from opportunity shaping through delivery execution.

2. Business Development & Practice Growth

5. AI & Innovation

What you’ll do
• Architect and lead end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Design scalable, secure architectures covering environments, integrations, data, identity, and operations.
• Lead Copilot and AI solution design, ensuring responsible AI, compliance, and appropriate use of automation vs. AI.
• Define and enforce governance, security, and ALM strategies across enterprise Power Platform environments.
• Design resilient integrations using Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, and custom connectors.
• Guide teams on low‑code and pro‑code extensibility, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor—leading solution workshops, contributing to delivery planning, and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
Required
• 5–7 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and M365.
• Proven expertise architecting end‑to‑end Copilot Studio solutions, including orchestration, integrations, environments, and ALM.
• Strong solution architecture background, including leading workshops, producing HLD/LLD artifacts, and supporting delivery planning.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform governance, security, and compliance (DLP, identity, access controls, and auditing).
• Solid understanding of enterprise AI risk, privacy, and responsible AI practices for Copilot‑based solutions.
• Ability to balance deep technical execution with advisory engagement for both technical and executive stakeholders.
