What you will do
· Work closely with BD Sellers to generate sales and drive revenue through prospecting and expanding business leads with 3rd party ISV’s and software sales.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners.
· Cross-sell new products to existing customers and originate new customers into the Avanade portfolio
· Increase profitability of accounts through third-party ecosystem partner products
· Manage sales performance, forecasting, and customer satisfaction
· Own proposal creation and delivery
· Support local marketing programs for brand development and market awareness
· Build and maintain relationships with strategic third-party partners and Avanade Sales and Delivery teams to develop new business opportunities via third party partner ecosystem channels.
· Generate software, hardware and services resale opportunities through Avanade services pursuits and partner relationships.
· Own and lead alliances revenue pipeline.
· Manage Microsoft CSP/OCA business in region, driving resale and support services around Microsoft’s cloud platforms.
· Lead regional partner sales and technical enablement initiatives, based on partner GTM strategy.
· Work with Regional Solution Area, Industry, and Practice Leads to validate partner solutions within client proposals.
· Leverage ecosystem partners
· Assist the regions and ecosystem operations teams with identifying Microsoft incentive and influence programs including CPoR and PAL for the region.
· Be a great partner with Accenture counterpart (Ecosystem Sales Director), aligning on Partnering opportunities in indirect accounts.

Vos responsabilités
• Déployer et gérer des Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) dans divers environnements, en assurant une configuration optimale, une performance élevée et une excellente expérience utilisateur.

We are seeking a senior Client Solutions ERP Modernization Lead to own and drive Avanade’s ERP Modernization go to market strategy in Canada, acting as the primary market facing leader for ERP transformation across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the broader enterprise ERP landscape.
This is a sales led, solution seller role, designed for a leader with a strong ERP delivery or solution architecture background who has evolved into a commercial, market making position. The successful candidate will bring credibility across ERP platforms, a strong Microsoft ecosystem mindset, and the ability to create demand and pipeline where little exists today.
The role sits within Client Solutions, working closely with Sales, and is not a deep solution architecture or delivery role. Instead, it focuses on owning the ERP modernization narrative, shaping pursuits, influencing clients, and driving sustained market momentum.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Modernization Go To Market Ownership
Own Avanade Canada’s ERP Modernization solution play, including market strategy, solution positioning, priority industries, and GTM focus. Define how Avanade shows up in the market for ERP transformation, with clear differentiation, messaging, and value propositions aligned to Dynamics 365 ERP and Avanade offerings.
Market Making & Pipeline Creation
Act as a market maker for ERP Modernization in Canada. Proactively incubate and build early-stage pipeline through ecosystem engagement, executive level client conversations, and targeted market activity—rather than relying on existing demand. Focus on creating a sustainable, Microsoft led ERP pipeline.
Client Engagement & Solution Positioning
Lead senior level client discussions centered on ERP modernization outcomes, business transformation, and value realization. Shape compelling solution approaches that resonate with business and technology leaders without becoming embedded in detailed functional or technical design.
Sales Pursuit & Pre-Sales Leadership
Lead and support ERP focused pursuits, including opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy, solution shaping, and executive presentations. Partner with sales leaders, delivery architects, and industry SMEs to build credible, differentiated, and commercially viable proposals.
Microsoft & Ecosystem Leadership
Serve as Avanade Canada’s primary ERP Modernization GTM counterpart to Microsoft, owning joint pipeline strategy, priority accounts, and co-sell motions across Dynamics 365 ERP. Strengthen Avanade’s position with Microsoft as the partner of choice for ERP modernization. Engage selectively with Accenture partners where relevant.
Solution & Offering Development
Inform and influence the evolution of Avanade’s ERP modernization offerings based on market insight, competitive analysis, and client feedback. Help shape offerings that are easy to sell, clearly differentiated, and aligned to market demand.
Thought Leadership & Market Presence
Represent Avanade as a visible ERP Modernization leader in the Canadian market through executive briefings, Microsoft led events, client roundtables, and targeted thought leadership. Position Avanade as a trusted advisor for ERP transformation—not just ERP implementation.
Sales Enablement & Internal Leadership
Enable Sales and Client Solutions teams with ERP modernization narratives, positioning guidance, and pursuit support. Act as a senior ERP voice within Avanade Canada, providing clarity on where to play, how to win, and how to engage the market effectively.
