What you'll do:

Lead organizational change initiatives

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for large-scale business and technology transformations.

• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Define and implement change interventions to address organizational challenges and accelerate adoption.

• Establish governance structures and change networks to support transformation objectives.

Drive AI and Copilot adoption

• Lead organizational readiness and adoption initiatives for AI and GenAI programs, including Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• Partner with client leadership teams to define adoption strategies, success measures, and value realization approaches.

• Facilitate workshops that identify AI opportunities, use cases, and change implications for employees and leaders.

• Design scalable approaches to sustain AI-enabled ways of working. 

Engage and influence stakeholders

• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and senior business leaders.

• Develop executive communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.

• Facilitate leadership workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions.

• Help sell new work through quality engagement delivery and client conversations. 

• Align diverse stakeholder groups around transformation objectives and expected outcomes.

Design learning and adoption programs

• Create and oversee training, communications, and adoption activities.

• Collaborate with learning teams to build scalable learning journeys and enablement programs.

• Measure adoption effectiveness through defined KPIs, usage analytics, and business outcomes.

• Continuously refine programs based on employee feedback and adoption insights.

Grow the practice

• Support business development activities including proposals, solutioning, and client presentations.

• Contribute to thought leadership and development of Advisory offerings.

• Mentor team members and help build OCM and AI adoption capabilities across the practice.

• Collaborate across Avanade's Advisory, Data & AI, Modern Workplace, and Industry teams.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, ERP Delivery Lead to lead complex ERP transformation programs and strategic client engagements. This role is accountable for delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, client satisfaction, and team performance. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, manage senior client relationships, and ensure disciplined execution from mobilization through go-live and stabilization.

What you'll do

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale ERP implementations and transformation programs from mobilization through go-live and stabilization.

We are seeking a Client Account Lead to own and grow one of Avanade’s strategic accounts within the Global Asset Management sector. What you’ll do   

• As an architect assigned to a client project, you will typically work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts  

• Play a key role in Avanade's sales process by creating solutions that innovate, inspire and win new business. You’ll have responsibility for shaping the high-level design, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with other subject matter experts in the business  

• As a senior member of the Avanade technical community, you will provide coaching and mentoring to motivate and inspire more junior colleagues from within your team and across the organization  

• Have the ability to translate complex technical concepts and solutions and present them in fit for audience language and value based outcomes, to senior business stakeholders, technology leaders and internal sales teams. 

• Engage in early conversations with clients and/or sales team and support origination and deal qualification, requirements capture and solutioning, recommending best practices and approaches to achieve optimal outcomes, building strong relationship with clients to become the trusted advisor. Prepare and represent the solution in Deal Reviews and play an active role in client presentations, and negotiations with key client buyers  

• Work collaboratively with the wider Data & AI leadership to shape our current and future offerings, accelerators, and background IP to support GTM activities  

• Drive the evolution of best practices and methodologies for AI development, including data management, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment

• Lead the development of data and analytics platforms, real time intelligence and reporting solutions using  Python, SQL, Microsoft Azure Data Services, Fabric and Databricks.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Data and AI technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into our solutions.

• Continue to identify the most relevant cross-industry solutions-at-scale for your region and execute on them including Data Migration, Automation Migration, Visualization/Reporting and Core Data Platform Modernization and Governance

• Build and lead the strategy execution for Avanade’s Applied Intelligence, IOT/Digital Twin, Industry X (industry 4.0) and Intelligent Automation businesses

• Drive measurable and sustained growth across the Data & AI Solution Area

• Integrate Data & AI into the other Global Solution Areas (Modern Workplace, Apps & Infrastructure, and Business Applications), offerings and go-to-market initiatives
