What you'll do

Key responsibilities

Deliver large-scale GenAI and Agentic AI programs end-to-end — from architecture and design through implementation, deployment, scaling, and value realization
Engage executive and C-suite stakeholders through workshops, value-based presentations, and architecture reviews
Embed Responsible AI principles — governance, security, evaluation, and risk management — across every engagement
Partner with Microsoft and ecosystem partners to co-innovate, co-deliver, and stay ahead of the AI frontier

Key Responsibilities
Hunt, shape, and win opportunities—owning the end-to-end sales cycle from first outreach through negotiation and close, with VP/C-level buyers.

Lead co-sell motions with Microsoft and collaborate with channel partners—aligning plans, shaping pursuits, and winning together.

As a Sales Manager at the Senior Director level, you'll be a senior, highly visible leader responsible for shaping our growth strategy in Canada, influencing complex deals, and expanding our market presence across priority accounts.
What you'll do
As a Senior Director Sales Manager, you'll own a portfolio of strategic accounts and new business pursuits, leading complex, multi-tower opportunities from origination through close. You'll partner with regional leadership, delivery, solution, and alliance teams to build pipeline and shape priority wins.
Key responsibilities:
- Own sales outcomes for a portfolio of strategic accounts and new logo pursuits across Canada
- Shape go-to-market strategy in partnership with regional leadership, sales, delivery, and ecosystem partners
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex, end-to-end engagements — including pipeline generation, deal shaping, commercial constructs, proposals, and closing
- Develop and own executive and C-suite relationships, engaging clients through workshops, value-based presentations, and strategic reviews
- Partner with Microsoft and ecosystem partners to co-sell, originate, and grow pipeline
- Mentor and influence sales colleagues, solution architects, and pursuit teams; contribute to building reusable sales assets

Chargeable individuals who design and implement solutions to ensure people have the appropriate access. Including Authentication, Authorization, Administration & Auditing, Identity Lifecyle Management, RBAC, External Identities (B2B and CIAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and implement Zero Trust Principles.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement modern authentication solutions (OAuth, SAML, token-based authentication, claims transformations).
- Manage identities and authentication services using Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and authentication methods.
- Enhance and secure Active Directory environments, including AD tiered models, GPOs, DNS, PKI/Certification Authority, and AD recovery.
- Manage IAM lifecycle processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, JML, IGA).
- Configure and maintain Entra ID Hybrid Sync and application provisioning (SCIM, custom attributes).
- Develop and implement External Identity solutions including Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues across AD, Entra ID, and authentication flows.
- Lead or contribute to solution design and delivery for identity projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Support privileged access management and secrets management initiatives.
