AI Workforce Architect

Avanade is looking for an experienced AI Workforce Architect, at the Manager level, who thrives on designing and leading enterprise scale Power Platform and Copilot solutions. This is a hands on, advisory role where you will own end to end solution architecture—shaping secure, scalable, and responsible AI powered experiences that enable how work gets done. Success in this role means partnering closely with business, IT, security, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions, while guiding governance, integration, and operational readiness across Avanade’s Power Platform and AI initiatives.

What you’ll do 
•    Architect and lead end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
•    Design scalable, secure architectures covering environments, integrations, data, identity, and operations.
•    Lead Copilot and AI solution design, ensuring responsible AI, compliance, and appropriate use of automation vs. AI.
•    Define and enforce governance, security, and ALM strategies across enterprise Power Platform environments.
•    Design resilient integrations using Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, and custom connectors.
•    Guide teams on low‑code and pro‑code extensibility, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
•    Act as a trusted advisor—leading solution workshops, contributing to delivery planning, and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.

Nous recherchons un Conseiller technique Azure qualifié et expérimenté, possédant une expertise approfondie en infrastructure Azure, en réseautique Azure et sécurité réseau, ainsi qu’en environnements hybrides et infrastructures sur site (on-premises). Dans ce rôle, vous agirez comme conseiller de confiance auprès des clients, en leur fournissant des orientations stratégiques, des recommandations d’architecture, des services de consultation et du soutien opérationnel afin de favoriser la mise en œuvre de solutions efficaces et la résolution des enjeux.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les clients dans le cadre d’initiatives de migration, de modernisation, d’excellence opérationnelle et de conception d’architectures résilientes, en vous appuyant sur des cadres de référence tels que le Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) et le Well-Architected Framework (WAF). Bien que le poste exige de solides compétences techniques et une bonne maîtrise des architectures cloud, il s’agit avant tout d’un rôle de conseil et d’accompagnement client, plutôt que d’un poste axé sur l’implantation pratique ou l’ingénierie pure.

What you'll do

As a Senior Manager, you'll own and deliver complex Data & AI engagements — bringing together architecture leadership, technical depth, and delivery excellence. You'll partner with clients, sales, and Microsoft to design and scale solutions that move organizations from pilots to production.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the sales cycle, including leading solution architecture for complex Data & AI engagements — including modern data platforms, advanced analytics, and machine learning

• Architect Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions — including multi-agent systems, Copilot extensions, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration platforms

• Deliver large-scale GenAI and Agentic AI programs end-to-end — from architecture and design through implementation, deployment, scaling, and value realization

• Engage executive and C-suite stakeholders through workshops, value-based presentations, and architecture reviews

• Embed Responsible AI principles — governance, security, evaluation, and risk management — across every engagement

• Partner with Microsoft and ecosystem partners to co-innovate, co-deliver, and stay ahead of the AI frontier

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt, shape, and win opportunities—owning the end-to-end sales cycle from first outreach through negotiation and close, with VP/C-level buyers.

• Build pipeline and deliver revenue through multiple motions: new logo acquisition and land & expand growth across your assigned territory and accounts.

• Lead co-sell motions with Microsoft and collaborate with channel partners—aligning plans, shaping pursuits, and winning together.

• Lead complex pursuits and orchestrate the team to deliver outcome-led proposals—progressing opportunities through statements of work, commercial approvals, and contracting.

• Earn executive trust—map stakeholders, open doors, create referrals, and keep Avanade positioned as a long-term partner.

• Grow business across priority sectors: Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer Goods, plus Resources (Energy, Oil & Gas), Communications, Media & Technology (CMT), and Products (including Manufacturing).
