In six months, Avanade designed, built and opened a new Center of Excellence (CoE) for the client, sourcing 30 percent of the overall hiring needs (75 engineering consultants).
Avanade managed multiple aspects of the CoE, including recruiting and training. We also advised on CoE organisational management and underlying delivery excellence.

Since completion, the CoE has increased digital innovation for the company, and has implemented strategic client programs focused on best-in-class development in trade capture, risk, pricing, regulatory and market data solutions. It is now a primary strategic location for IT project delivery, which has helped the client launch new software products faster and at a much lower cost.
