As an ERP Business Analyst, you’ll collect information, analyze requirements and solve problems, providing technical, admin or operational support. 

In this role, you’ll:

• Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements

• Prototype and configure processes in Dynamics to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to 

• Run workshops with your clients, consultants and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping

• Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients’ needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions

• Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients’ businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements

Introduction:

As a SME within the ICOE, you will support sales, solutioning and delivery for our regions globally. Primarily, you will be supporting European regions and hence are ideally located within a European time zone. You will support governance, digital modernization, surround and general Power Platform activation projects, including copilot studio and optionally intelligent automation efforts. You will collaborate with the solution evolution lead, the asset

team, managed services and the client solutions teams to drive the agenda of Power Platform at Avanade. Keeping your Power Platform and all any related certifications up to date and complete will be required. Your main targets will be utilization based (a combination of BD and chargeable hours). You will be actively supporting our 3 missions in the ICOE:

The Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) at manager or Group Manager level is primarily a SME in this space, experienced in Power Platform projects, both as part of presales, and sale engagements, but also experienced in Delivery.  Together we do what matters. 

What you’ll do:

• Boost the sales across the globe, but primarily focused on the region within which you are located.

• Support driving power platform adoption across this region

• Work closely with the Microsoft Product Team in Redmond to drive innovation.

• Align with the Client solutions teams, and work cross practises to promote, support and evangelise Power Platform and the associated roadmap, and ensure timely support from Microsoft when required.

Skills and experiences:

• 5+ years working in Power Platform consulting within a large enterprise organization.

• Solid understanding of the operations and culture at our ATC-I or Off Shore centres

• Ensure alignment of goals, team (skills) and priorities.

• Deep knowledge of Power Platform offerings.

• Ability to have C-level conversation with clients and internal stakeholders and can leverage existing relations in the field, both internal and external (e.g. Microsoft).

• Deep understanding of Delivery Methodologies

As an Intelligent Data Platform (IDP) Databricks Champion at Senior Manager or Manager level within our Integrated Center of Excellence Data & AI Practice, you'll leverage a client-centric approach to understand our client’s challenges and opportunities to deliver solutions and services that make transformative change and deliver high value business outcomes. You'll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction using data platforms, reporting, self-service analytics, real time intelligence and AI engineering. 

The successful candidate must be capable of partnering across global Regions to lead presales engagements, architect solutions and deliver enterprise data solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and Databricks. This role combines technical leadership, client engagement, and strategic partnership development—especially with Databricks—to drive business outcomes and innovation in our Data and AI client engagements.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities Across Senior Manager and Manager roles)

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value based outcomes for senior business stakeholders, technology leaders, and internal sales teams.

•  Address client delivery issues when required, ensuring quality and consistency of offerings in the region.
•  Play a senior leadership role in shaping go to market strategies, offerings, and accelerators.
• Drive adoption of Delta Lake, Lakehouse, and MLflow for advanced analytics and machine learning use cases.
• Establish best practices for data governance, lineage, and metadata management within Databricks.
•  Translate business needs into robust data products supporting real time decision making and predictive modeling.
•   Lead performance tuning, cost optimization, and security hardening of Databricks on Azure.

Manager Responsibilities (In Addition to Core Responsibilities)
