As an Analytics Architect within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
As an AI architect assigned to a client project, you will typically work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts
Assist clients in their journey to Microsoft Azure or leverage their existing investment in it - you can expect a significant focus on applying cloud architectural patterns and migration strategies
Play a key role in Avanade's sales process with the responsibility for shaping the high-level design, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with other subject matter experts in the business
As a senior member of the Avanade technical community, you will provide coaching and mentoring to motivate and inspire more junior colleagues from within your team and across the organization
Translate complex technical solutions and present them in different formats; to business decision makers into business outcomes, to Market in engaging video or blog format content, to internal Sales Teams in battle card format
Engage in early conversations with the client and/or sales team and support origination and deal qualification, become the trusted advisor. Prepare and represent the solution in Deal Reviews and play an active role in Orals, Client Presentations, and negotiations discussions with key client buyers
Complete pricing, using standard solution architecture processes, methods, estimating, and modelling tools to drive quality and minimize time to solution through process and reuse. Understand and leverage different Pricing Models and work with Sales Leads to articulate deal pricing. Ensuring a deal is both winnable and deliverable, mitigating potential risks

Key Responsibilities
As an OCM Manager in Advisory, you will operate as a trusted client advisor, delivery leader, commercial contributor, and practice builder, owning change and commercial outcomes end to end.
Lead and deliver complex change at scale – Own and lead multiple concurrent OCM programs , designing and executing pragmatic change strategies that drive adoption and measurable outcomes across complex, cross-functional environments.
Advise and influence senior stakeholders – Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives and senior stakeholders, confidently facilitating, challenging, and shaping decisions and outcomes at senior levels.
Translate strategy into delivery – Move seamlessly between strategy and execution, personally driving critical change deliverables where required and ensuring alignment to broader program goals.
Lead business development end to end – Contribute to practice revenue and sales targets. Lead the identification, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure of deals. Actively grow, manage, and qualify pipeline for the practice and key accounts.
Lead and grow teams – Lead, and mentor junior practitioners, building high-performing, inclusive teams.
Drive cross-practice collaboration – Lead cross-functional teams in delivery and internal initiatives, partnering with adjacent Advisory practices in pursuits and delivery.
Uplift the OCM craft and Advisory practice – Strengthen Avanade's OCM capability through methodology, assets, coaching, and role-modelling high-quality delivery. Own at least one practice or Advisory-based initiative and contribute to at least two others. Actively contribute to AdvX practice development and offering evolution.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis and Requirements:
Elicit, define and manage functional and non-functional requirements with strong traceability
Translate business needs into user stories, process models, and system level specifications
Create clear, structured documentation and artefacts that enable delivery teams
Facilitate workshops, refinements and co-design sessions with stakeholders, delivery teams and end users
Act as the bridge between stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams
Process and Solution Design:
Analyse and redesign end to end business processes with a focus on process gaps, efficiency and experience
Ensure solutions balance user desirability, business viability and technical feasibility
Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and AI augmentation
Prototype and validate solutions to ensure alignment with user and business needs
Support solution configuration, testing and implementation
Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation:
Lead collaborative sessions that drive shared understanding and decision making
Guide stakeholders through change, adoption and implementation
