We are seeking a Terraform Cloud Engineer who is passionate about automation, cloud infrastructure, and delivering high-quality managed services. You will work closely with customers to provide a high-touch managed services partnership model and ensure excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support customers across Avanade’s Managed Services, utilising Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to deliver scalable, secure, and automated Azure environments.
Design, build, and support Azure cloud environments using Terraform (IaC), (Azure Bicep desirable)
Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning practices
Support enterprise-scale Azure solutions including networking, storage, security and identity
Implement and maintain secure and compliant cloud infrastructure
Respond to incidents and contribute to security-focused operational support
Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Support audits, assurance activities, and compliance reporting
About You
You are an experienced cloud engineer with a strong foundation in Azure infrastructure and terraform, with a track record of delivering solutions within Managed Services environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Passion for automation and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Australian Citizenship required (security clearance desirable)

Key Responsibilities
As an OCM Manager in Advisory, you will operate as a trusted advisor, delivery leader, and practice contributor, owning change outcomes end to end.
Lead and deliver complex change – Independently own large-scale, OCM programs, designing and executing pragmatic change strategies that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
Advise and influence senior stakeholders – Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, confidently facilitating and challenging at senior levels to shape decisions and outcomes.

Implement & deploy Windows 11 Standard Operating Environments (SOE), including Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines
Execute the enterprise application packaging and deployment process, including:
Win32 application packaging
MSI, EXE, and PowerShell based installers
Application detection logic, deployment rings, and rollback strategies
Integrate EUC solutions with security solutions leveraging Zero Trust device controls
Contribute to high quality technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, build guides, and operational runbooks

As a Print Engineer, you will support the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise print services within secure and regulated environments. You will work as part of a broader EUC and Modern Workplace delivery team, assisting with secure follow me printing, VDI integrated printing, and driver and package deployment using Microsoft and third party print solutions.
This role is well suited to an engineer looking to build deep technical expertise in enterprise print platforms while working on complex, compliance driven client environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and support enterprise print services across secure and regulated environments
• Assist with deployment and operation of secure follow me / pull print solutions, including user authentication and secure job release
• Support print integration with VDI environments, such as:
o Private cloud or on prem VDI platforms
• Package, deploy, and test print drivers and print queues, including:
o Universal Print drivers
o Vendor specific and vendor neutral drivers
o Deployment via MECM, or equivalent tools
• Support multi vendor print environments, working with different printer manufacturers and print management platforms
• Assist with configuration and support of Microsoft and/or third party print solutions, such as:
o Microsoft Universal Print
o Enterprise print management platforms (e.g. Pharos, PaperCut, Equitrac, or equivalents)
• Execute testing and validation of print services, including regression testing after driver or platform changes
• Support incident resolution and service requests related to print services
• Maintain technical documentation, build guides, and operational procedures
• Work under the guidance of senior engineers or print service leads, escalating issues where required
