Business Growth & Sales

- Grow existing accounts into Most Valued Clients (MVCs) through focused segmentation and account development.
- Improve sales productivity, win rates, and overall business development effectiveness.
Delivery & Financial Performance
- Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitable growth across all engagements.
- Partner with Delivery Leadership to balance quality, margin, and scale.

Ecosystem & Capability Building

The Epic Applications Coordinator will bring 4+ years of experience in Epic applications, with a strong background in managing day-to-day operations, client stakeholder relationships, and collaboration with offshore teams. This role demands both technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements in a dynamic healthcare environment. The Epic Application Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with the Avanade team, the software vendor team, and the client.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for EpicCare workflows and configurations.
Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests per defined SLAs.
Serve as a liaison with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment of system capabilities with business needs.
Lead and coordinate with offshore support teams, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
