Principales responsabilités
Leadership en architecture et livraison
- Diriger la conception et l’architecture de bout en bout de solutions Azure à l’échelle entreprise couvrant l’infrastructure, le réseautage, la sécurité, les données et l’intelligence artificielle (Azure IaaS, PaaS, réseautique, sécurité, données et IA). Définir les plans de solution, les standards d’architecture et les stratégies de landing zones d’entreprise. Piloter des programmes de migration vers le cloud, de modernisation et de transformation vers des architectures cloud natives. Assurer l’excellence de livraison en maintenant la cohérence et l’intégrité architecturale à travers les équipes de mise en œuvre.
Architecture IA et innovation
- Concevoir des solutions basées sur l’IA en utilisant les services Azure (Azure OpenAI, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Foundry). Définir des modèles d’intégration de l’IA dans les applications d’entreprise, les flux de travail et les processus d’affaires. Conseiller les clients sur les stratégies d’adoption de l’IA en équilibrant innovation, gouvernance et gestion des risques. Diriger la conception de solutions basées sur des agents intelligents, des copilotes et des scénarios d’automatisation avancée.
Engagement client et conseil exécutif
- Agir comme conseiller de confiance auprès des dirigeants (C-level) et des parties prenantes d’affaires et technologiques. Animer des ateliers exécutifs, des sessions de stratégie et des revues d’architecture. Traduire des concepts techniques complexes en valeur d’affaires claire et compréhensible. Développer des relations clients durables et influencer les orientations stratégiques.
Structuration d’offres et leadership d’opportunités
- Diriger ou contribuer à des opportunités complexes et à la structuration de grandes transactions. Définir la stratégie de solution de bout en bout, l’architecture et l’approche de livraison pour les propositions. Participer ou superviser les modèles de coûts, d’estimation et de dotation en ressources. Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de comptes pour développer le pipeline et générer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires. Participer à la rédaction de propositions, aux présentations et aux négociations avec les clients.
Expertise technique
- Expertise approfondie de Microsoft Azure incluant Azure IaaS, PaaS, réseautique et sécurité, architecture d’applications d’entreprise, architectures IA et IA agentique, cloud hybride et landing zones d’entreprise, gestion des identités et des accès (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD), ainsi que l’infrastructure comme code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep). Solide compréhension des principes d’architecture cloud (scalabilité, résilience, sécurité et optimisation des coûts). Expérience dans l’intégration de solutions IA/ML et de plateformes de données dans des architectures d’entreprise.
Certifications (fortement valorisées)
- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified : Azure AI Engineer Associate (ou équivalent en IA)
- Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate
- Autres certifications avancées en Azure, IA et développement fortement souhaitées
Langue et localisation
