O Adam juntou-se à Avanade logo no seu início, em abril de 2000 e, enquanto um dos membros fundadores, foi fundamental na construção da empresa e na definição da sua cultura. Enquanto responsável principal, o Adam tem uma vasta experiência na gestão e desenvolvimento das operações de negócios da Avanade, tendo sido Diretor Geral e Vice-presidente das operações europeias e norte-americanas da empresa durante a sua permanência no cargo. Enquanto Vice-presidente executivo, liderou também equipas de vendas e marketing da Avanade a nível mundial e definiu a visão e a direção para as soluções da Avanade.
Adam é um verdadeiro cidadão do mundo. Viveu na Europa, na América do Norte e viajou frequentemente por todos os continentes para visitar clientes da Avanade e escritórios regionais.
O Adam chegou à Avanade vindo da Microsoft, onde foi Diretor Geral do distrito de Midwest, responsável pelas vendas e pela assistência de software da Microsoft em Illinois, Indiana e Wisconsin. Antes desta posição, foi Diretor Geral dos Enterprise Services da Microsoft, responsável pela implementação da estratégia e dos planos para organizações de serviços diretos e de parceiros da Microsoft, com foco nos clientes empresariais.
O Adam é membro do conselho de administração da Heidrick & Struggles, onde ajuda a criar informações sobre novas tecnologias emergentes. O Adam é licenciado em Engenharia Mecânica pelo Imperial College, em Londres.
Chris Miller leads Avanade’s global security practice, with responsibilities for establishing the strategy and roadmap for its security offerings, and working directly with Avanade's global client base to deliver innovative security solutions.
He previously served as the company’s Chief Technology Innovation Officer (CTIO), where he was responsible for Avanade’s technology innovation and incubation function worldwide. As CTIO, he was responsible for leading Avanade’s client-centric innovation agenda, developing and communicating the company’s technology vision both internally and externally, and for supporting all aspects of the company's technology development. From 2010-2015, Chris was Avanade’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), with responsibilities for the leadership, management and implementation of the technology capabilities that powered the company’s people and operations across more than 20 countries. During his time as Avanade CIO, he was recognized by Computerworld magazine as a Premier 100 IT Leader.
Earlier in his career, Chris spent more than 16 years with Accenture, serving in multiple leadership roles spanning a wide range of technology and consulting functions, culminating with his position as Managing Director.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, with minors in mathematics and history, from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. He also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Konnexe, a technology company that builds specialized social platforms; a Founding Board Member at the University of Washington Information School; and a Board Member at 501 Commons, a Seattle-based group that provides a full range of services to non-profit organizations.
As CMO, Stella Goulet leads Avanade’s marketing strategy and award-winning global marketing team. She is responsible for guiding the company’s image and market development through a period of high growth and significant change in the IT industry as businesses become increasingly digital. She is Avanade’s first CMO and a member of its executive leadership team.
In her career, Stella has covered every marketing aspect of a business-to-business services firm: packaging and promoting solutions, field marketing, content and thought leadership development, branding, advertising, digital marketing, media and analyst relations, and marketing for major acquisitions.
She is a member of Forrester’s CMO Group and has served on the Information Technology Services Marketing Association (ITSMA) Advisory Board. Stella speaks and writes on a variety of marketing-related topics that focus on helping grow profitable businesses in the digital world. These include client experience, the CMO-CIO relationship, digital marketing, agile marketing and the role of artificial intelligence in marketing.
A strong proponent of diversity in the IT industry, she is executive sponsor of Avanade’s Prism Employee Resource Group (LGBT + inclusion), and is involved in activities designed to encourage girls and young women to consider careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
Stella holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
Raghavan Iyer has more than 22 years of experience in the IT sector and has held leadership positions in companies such as Honeywell, Syntel and Accenture prior to joining Avanade in 2010.
Raghavan currently leads Avanade Advanced Technology Centers, overseeing more than 25,000 professionals across the world.
During his tenure at Accenture, Raghavan played a key role in setting up and establishing Accenture’s outsourcing practice in India, as well as setting up the Life Sciences practice under the Products operating group and eventually leading outsourcing delivery for both the Products and Health and Public Service operating groups. He has a strong process orientation and expertise in program management, package implementation, rollout and support, and managing large portfolios, while working both onshore and offshore.
Raghavan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, as well as additional certifications, including Project Management Professional, Six Sigma Greenbelt and Design For Six Sigma
