As a Microsoft EUC Architect you will design, deliver, and transition secure private cloud end user computing solutions using primarily Microsoft technologies. You will lead endpoint, device management, and application packaging workstreams for enterprise and regulated clients, working across project delivery and managed services engagements. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping modern EUC platforms that support secure, scalable, and operationally efficient digital workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise EUC solutions in private or hybrid cloud environments using Microsoft technologies
Deliver endpoint and device management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Omnissa Workspace ONE as unified endpoint management solutions that integrate access control, application management, and device security across any platform.
Contribute to design and deploy Windows 11 Standard Operating Environments (SOE), including Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines
Own enterprise application packaging and deployment process, including:
Win32 application packaging
MSI, EXE, and PowerShell based installers
Application detection logic, deployment rings, and rollback strategies
Integrate EUC solutions with security solutions leveraging Zero Trust device controls
Produce high quality technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, build guides, and operational runbooks
Lead EUC workstreams end to end, supporting transition from project delivery into managed services
Engage directly with clients to run technical workshops, gather requirements, and present solution designs

Key Responsibilities
• Application of formal change methodology, models, and framework to pragmatically help our clients with their technology driven transformation
• Working within a cross functional team to lead change management deliverables and activities
• Articulate compelling case for change, coaching Change Sponsors (and project teams) on messaging, influence and leading effective change.
• Setting up and developing a Change Network to ‘Champion’ the change and facilitate two way communication
• Measurement of short- and long-term readiness and adoption
• Quantitative and qualitative analyses on impacts and risks to produce data-driven change outputs and deliver pragmatic change
• Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders internally and client facing

As an Analytics Architect within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction around data architecture. Key Responsibilities
As an architect assigned to a client project, you will typically work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts
Assist clients in their journey to Microsoft Azure or leverage their existing investment in it - you can expect a significant focus on applying cloud architectural patterns and migration strategies
Play a key role in Avanade's sales process with the responsibility for shaping the high-level design, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with other subject matter experts in the business
As a senior member of the Avanade technical community, you will provide coaching and mentoring to motivate and inspire more junior colleagues from within your team and across the organization

Understand and leverage different Pricing Models and work with Sales Leads to articulate deal pricing. Ensuring a deal is both winnable and deliverable, mitigating potential risks

You’ll work hands‑on with MDM platforms integrated with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Fabric, partnering with architects, analysts, and business data owners to improve data quality, lineage, and consistency across core data domains.

Design, build, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure consistent and trusted master data
Develop and manage data ingestion, matching, merging, and survivorship rules across master data domains
Integrate MDM platforms with source and downstream systems to enable accurate data synchronisation
Implement data quality rules, validation checks, and exception handling processes
Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and data stewards to translate requirements into MDM solutions
Support data governance initiatives including metadata management, lineage, and auditability
Configure and optimise MDM workflows, hierarchies, and reference data management
