Key Responsibilities
• Implement and support enterprise print services across secure and regulated environments
• Assist with deployment and operation of secure follow me / pull print solutions, including user authentication and secure job release
• Support print integration with VDI environments, such as:
o Private cloud or on prem VDI platforms
• Package, deploy, and test print drivers and print queues, including:
o Universal Print drivers
o Vendor specific and vendor neutral drivers
o Deployment via MECM, or equivalent tools
• Support multi vendor print environments, working with different printer manufacturers and print management platforms
• Assist with configuration and support of Microsoft and/or third party print solutions, such as:
o Microsoft Universal Print

As a Microsoft EUC Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating enterprise End User Computing (EUC) solutions built on Microsoft technologies. You will ensure the quality, stability, and operational readiness of Windows 11 devices, endpoint management, and application deployments across private cloud, hybrid, and regulated environments.
You will work closely with EUC engineers, solution architects, and client stakeholders to design and execute testing strategies that support successful project delivery and transition into managed services.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute EUC testing strategies across endpoint management, device configuration, and application delivery
Perform system, integration, UAT, and smoke testing for:
Windows 11 SOE builds
Microsoft MECM configurations
Autopilot provisioning scenarios
Validate enterprise application packages, including:
Win32. MSI, EXE, and PowerShell based installers
Detection logic, dependencies, and remediation behaviour
Execute testing for patching and update mechanisms, including Windows Autopatch and application update rings
Support defect triage and resolution, working with EUC engineers to reproduce, diagnose, and validate fixes
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, defect logs, and test summary reports
Coordinate and support business led UAT, including test data preparation and issue management
Validate EUC solutions against security baselines and compliance requirements in regulated environments

In this role, you'll support customers across Avanade’s Managed Services while developing your technical and problem-solving skills. You'll work through customer queries from start to finish, providing updates, gathering information, and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a federal government organisation’s users and business areas in the use of M365.
- Conduct support calls, email and chats to troubleshoot and identify and rectify ICT issues or requests.
- Work with a task queue or backlog in a ticketing system.
- Contribute to continuously developing knowledge and modern SaaS systems.
- Interact with and administer parts of the M365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Intune, OneDrive for Business, and Entra ID.
- Some experience and knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, MECM or W365 infrastructure.
- Some experience with Applications Packaging and Deployment, native and virtual.
- Some PowerShell scripting or automation may be required.
- Work with a hybrid multi-location team.
- Provide professional verbal and written communication to clients, users and stakeholders.
- Manage incidents and requests from individual users and business areas.
- Some on-call rostering may be required, including over holiday periods.
