Founded in 1916, RSL Queensland supports the Australian veteran community with a range of services, including medical, employment and well-being services. In an effort to modernize the way it works and serves its clients, RSL’s Queensland branch made the strategic decision to undergo a comprehensive digital transformation in partnership with Avanade.

Solution

Since beginning its transformation, RSL Queensland has gone all in on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to deliver some rich benefits across the organization. The company developed a new set of processes, client experiences and ways of working – all underpinned by the platform.
