Living our citizenship mission

Citizenship is a story we write every day. We focus on helping improve the lives of people in the communities where we work, live and serve – and on the planet that we share.
At the heart is our citizenship mission: To enable young people and their communities to achieve more through the power of our people and digital innovation. You’ll see our mission come to life in the stories throughout our citizenship annual report – from five of our STEM scholars from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, who stepped up to pay it forward, to Asam Mahina, who received a refurbished laptop and taught himself how to code.
You’ll also learn about our work with clients and partners, like the World Health Organisation, with whom we helped develop an end-to-end data solution for global health; and several nonprofits serving the African American and Black community, which we’ve joined forces with to support youth and entrepreneurs and to help make the tech industry more ethnically diverse.
