Forrester Wave recognizes Avanade’s future ready advantage

It is with full appreciation for the passion and talent of our MS Dynamics global team that I share news that, for the second time in succession, Forrester Research has recognized Avanade as a leader in providing Dynamics 365 solutions to enterprise clients. The 2019 Forrester Wave report validates Avanade’s strategy of helping enterprise clients become future-ready through Dynamics 365 technology. Reflecting on our team and partners, I am genuinely proud of what we collectively achieve for our clients and how that continues to evolve each year.
Since Avanade’s previous recognition as leader on Forrester’s map of providers, we have continued to build intellectual property and activate alliances that improve its capabilities for clients. One example is our growing relationship with MIT’s Center for Information Systems Research. Just like Avanade, MIT CISR helps executives meet the challenge of leading dynamic, global, and information-intensive organizations. As MIT CISR expands its study of Future Ready enterprises, Avanade has increasingly shared the unique insights we acquire as a Research Patron of the program with our enterprise customers.
In particular, Avanade has brought into reality MIT’s Future Ready concept of using technology to improve a company’s ambidexterity – improving customer experiences while simultaneously improving cost efficiency and employee experiences. For example, to bring the promise of superior customer experience to life, Avanade has deepened its relationship with Adobe. By helping our clients adopt and integrate Adobe Campaign and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement, we are able to strengthen their customer experience and maximize employee productivity.
To bring the Future Ready cost efficiency promise to life, Avanade has continued to develop industry specific models and accelerators in conjunction with our parent and partner, Accenture. Avanade Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (AIES) take the best from Accenture’s Industry Business Process Models and extend them to Microsoft’s Dynamics platform. We have already extended these Business Process Models across more than 25 industries providing an end-to-end process view specific to each. Forrester notes that our ability cross-leverage Accenture's business consulting expertise with our own advisory services, as well as our deep relationship with Microsoft, “gives Avanade the ability to drive business transformation across the Microsoft business applications stack.”
Our joint ownership by Accenture and Microsoft also lets us bring any new elements of Dynamics 365 to our clients ahead of the market. Our innovation studios give us the space to pressure test new features and experiment with how use innovative technology to improve our clients’ business. Forrester’s new Wave report recognizes that, “Avanade has heavily invested in its network of global digital and innovation studios to create IP, support customers locally and to co-create solutions with their clients.”
Over the last 12 months, Avanade has fulfilled our goal of providing a complete end-to-end solution for its clients so they can deliver end-to-end greatness to theirs. That’s why Forrester chose Avanade as the Dynamics 365 leader for the second time in succession. Now how do we top that? Rest assured, as a crew, we are rowing hard every day to ensure we do.
