Avanade’s Inclusion, Diversity & Well-being priorities

Avanade’s Inclusion, Diversity & Well-being priorities are captured in these three pillars:

Our Executive Committee all have Inclusion, Diversity & Well-being commitments that they evaluate and report on quarterly and more than 1,300 leaders worldwide attended the Avanade Winning with Wellbeing and Inclusion training. We also track inclusion and well-being as part of our bi-annual employee survey, to hold leaders accountable for creating an environment where everyone can be and do their best.

Inclusive hiring practices

Two examples of how we’re modeling inclusive hiring at Avanade:

  • ‘License to Hire’ is a mandatory training course for hiring managers and interviewers on inclusive hiring and includes training on unconscious bias. We’ve trained over 5,000 interviewers and they must repeat the course every 18 months.
  • The Talent Ambassador Program (TAP) empowers our people to serve as advocates for Avanade, helping us engage with diverse communities and recruit people from various backgrounds.
