Descrizione del ruolo:
Entrerai a far parte del team Client Solution che unisce expertise di dominio (processi e best practice SCM per industria), di processo e discreta, e per largo consumo; con competenze tecniche su soluzioni avanzate (dall’ERP agli Advanced Planning Systems come sedApta e ai sistemi MES e APS), il tutto arricchito da solide capacità di consulenza, gestione progettuale e leadership. Accompagnerai le aziende in progetti di trasformazione della Supply Chain, dall’analisi strategica alla messa a terra delle soluzioni, generando benefici tangibili in termini di efficienza operativa, servizio al cliente e capacità innovative
Responsabilità principali:
Lovorerai su progetti complessi presso clienti, dalla fase di pre sales, all’analisi iniziale fino al completamento della soluzione. Tra le responsabilità chiave rientrano:
Attività di Pre sales per iniziative di supply chain del cliente
Analisi dei processi e identificazione di soluzioni: condurre assessment dettagliati dei processi di supply chain del cliente, mappando flussi informativi e operativi (es. processi di pianificazione, approvvigionamento, produzione, logistica).
Elaborazione di soluzioni e roadmap di implementazione: proposta di soluzioni tecnologiche e organizzative: ad esempio piani di implementazione per sistemi SCM (ERP, moduli APS/MES, soluzioni di advanced planning e scheduling come sedApta) allineati con gli obiettivi strategici del cliente.
Gestione di progetto e coordinamento team: ruolo di Project Manager o Workstream Lead all’interno dei progetti.
Implementazione di soluzioni tecnologiche: guidare l’implementazione tecnica delle soluzioni proposte.
Formazione e change management: organizzare e condurre sessioni di formazione per gli utenti finali e i key user del cliente,
Collaborazione cross-funzionale e innovazione: Infine, un aspetto importante del ruolo in Avanade (e in aziende di consulenza analoghe) è la collaborazione con altre linee di offerta e l’identificazione di opportunità di up-selling/cross-selling.

As a CRM Lead Functional Consultant (BizApps), you will play a client‑facing, leadership role in the discovery, design, and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You will lead functional workstreams across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Power Platform, ensuring business outcomes are achieved through scalable Microsoft-first solutions.
You will act as a trusted advisor between Avanade clients, internal delivery teams, and the broader Avanade BizApps community, applying best practices, governance, and design standards aligned with Microsoft and Avanade methodologies. This role offers the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning, certification, and career progression across functional, solution architecture, and leadership pathways.
What You’ll Do
Client Advisory & Leadership
- Lead client engagements as a functional CRM/BizApps authority, advising on how Dynamics 365 and Power Platform can solve complex business challenges
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business strategy into CRM and digital transformation roadmaps
- Facilitate executive‑level discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead and conduct requirements discovery, scoping, and validation workshops across multiple business functions
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Perform fit/gap analysis against Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities
- Design end‑to‑end CRM solutions aligned with BizApps best practices, Avanade accelerators, and Microsoft standards
Delivery & Collaboration
- Author functional design documents and user stories, working closely with technical consultants and architects
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure functional intent is accurately implemented
- Configure, prototype, and validate business processes using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Lead UAT planning and execution, supporting change management and adoption activities
Mentorship & Community
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore teams
- Contribute to the Avanade BizApps CRM community, reusable assets, and knowledge sharing initiatives
