1. Service Delivery Manager (Technology-Agnostic)

We are looking for a Managed Services Lead to lead and manage the delivery of managed services across a portfolio of clients.

You act as a trusted partner, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement. You maintain full visibility of service performance and proactively take action where needed.

You work closely with delivery teams, client stakeholders, and partners, acting as the single point of accountability for service performance and client satisfaction.

To support continuous improvement and growth, you proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the existing managed client portfolio, helping clients further optimize their operations and achieve greater business value.

What You Will Do

• Act as primary point of contact for clients and own the service relationship
• Manage end-to-end service delivery (run, improve, govern)
• Monitor and ensure SLA and KPI performance
• Ensure Compliance (Personal data, Certification and control frameworks)
• Lead service reviews and provide reporting via dashboards and metrics
• Coordinate and resolve escalations and critical issues
• Manage planning, budgets, and financial performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service roadmap
• Manage cross-functional teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore, partners)
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and service continuity

What you will do: 

• Desarrollar proyectos de IA enfocado al diseño 3D abordando tareas desde la conceptualización hasta la implementación y despliegue. 

• Diseñar e implementar modelos y soluciones automatizadas de IA utilizando Python y herramientas relacionadas. 

• Desarrollar sistemas de monitorización para controla el degradamiento de los modelos generados. 

• Creación de pipelines para el despliegue de modelos sobre Azure y automatizar el reentrenamiento de los mismos. 

• Trabajar con herramientas de diseño 3D, tanto paramétricas cómo no paramétricas como Freecad y Blender. 

• Aplicar algoritmos matemáticos en los sistemas de IA. 

• Evaluar y comparar modelos de inteligencia artificial. 

• Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias en IA y tecnologías Microsoft para integrar las mejores prácticas en los proyectos.

• Partner with clients to design and deliver future-ready workplace solutions that drive business growth, resilience, and employee experience.
• Collaborate with account teams to shape, sell, and coordinate the delivery of strategic workplace transformation programs.
• Develop pragmatic and sustainable workplace roadmaps that help clients maximize the value of their Microsoft investments.
• Lead the creation of modern workplace architectures grounded in Zero Trust, cloud-first principles, and intelligent automation.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of new workplace propositions, incorporating trends such as AI, digital employee experience, and hybrid work enablement.
• Support sales efforts by crafting proposals, delivering client presentations, and responding to RFPs.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders, providing trusted advisory services and translating business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
• Actively share expertise within Avanade, mentoring colleagues and contributing to our global community of modern workplace professionals.
