Entrerai nel team specializzato in soluzioni di Artificial Intelligence della nostra Practice, parte di una struttura multinazionale che unisce la forza di Avanade e la tecnologia di Microsoft. Lavorerai su progetti enterprise reali — in produzione, non in sandbox — affiancato da colleghi senior e supportato da un percorso di crescita strutturato.

Responsabilidades
- Definir e documentar arquiteturas de solução end-to-end para projetos de Inteligência Artificial, automação e transformação digital.
- Desenhar arquiteturas distribuídas utilizando microsserviços, APIs e estratégias de comunicação síncrona e assíncrona.
- Definir padrões arquiteturais utilizando conceitos como DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing e Saga.
- Projetar soluções orientadas a eventos utilizando Azure Event Hub e outras tecnologias de mensageria.
- Estabelecer padrões de qualidade de software, incluindo estratégias de testes unitários, integração, contrato e smoke tests.
- Elaborar diagramas arquiteturais, fluxos de integração, modelos de deployment e Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Avaliar continuamente fatores relacionados a escalabilidade, segurança, observabilidade, desempenho e custos operacionais.
- Conduzir revisões técnicas e apoiar equipes de engenharia na tomada de decisões arquiteturais.
- Atuar como principal referência técnica junto a stakeholders internos e clientes.
- Liderar a identificação e priorização de oportunidades de negócio e casos de uso de Inteligência Artificial.

You are a seasoned cloud technologist and trusted advisor with deep expertise in Azure and DevOps practices. You are comfortable leading technical teams while engaging senior business stakeholders and executives. You bring strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills, and are adept at shaping technology strategy, defining architecture, and guiding clients through complex cloud transformation initiatives.
Our Managers lead the design and delivery of sustainable cloud and DevOps solutions, working closely with clients, architects, and delivery teams to maximise the value of Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for shaping solution direction, providing architectural leadership, and ensuring delivery excellence across engagements.
You will operate across the full lifecycle — from pre-sales and solution shaping through architecture, implementation oversight, and operational transition — while mentoring consultants and analysts and driving best practice adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and governance of DevOps CI/CD strategies and enterprise delivery pipelines
Architect and oversee implementation of Azure cloud solutions aligned to client business and technology strategies
Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and DevOps practices across Azure environments
Provide technical leadership across project teams from requirements through architecture, delivery oversight, and operational handover
Design secure, scalable, and resilient Azure architectures for modern workloads
Lead technical assessments and cloud adoption strategies for customers moving to Azure

What you'll do
Develop new business with clients across Energy, Utilities, Infrastructures & Services, Technology companies, telecommunications, media, entertainment, digital platforms and connectivity-led organizations.
Identify transformation opportunities in areas such as network modernization, customer experience, digital channels, content platforms, data monetization, cloud, AI and intelligent operations.
Create and grow a strong pipeline by prospecting, qualifying opportunities and building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
Partner with Microsoft and other strategic alliances to bring relevant, industry-focused solutions to market.
Build, qualify and manage a strong pipeline for growth, including proposals, statements of work, commercial negotiations and contracts.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior client stakeholders, creating referrals and opening new opportunities for growth.
Stay close to market trends, customer expectations, regulatory pressures and technology priorities shaping the sector.
