Avanade is already serving hundreds of SME&C clients across AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security. Our focus now is structure and repeatability — packaging 25 years of enterprise experience into scalable, predictable motions designed specifically for SME&C. To enable this- we have launched a dedicated SME&C Business Unit which will have Solution specific ‘Catalyst Squads’ which will be virtual teams taking an opportunity for prepackaged and repeatable ‘Catalyst Solutions’ from qualified lead through to delivery completion.
Accountable for driving market activation for Avanade’s SME&C business unit in (EME, APAC, Americas). Working with the SME&C leader for the Area and the SME&C GTM Global leader, creating the plan that encompasses client segmentation, Avanade sales enablement, Microsoft enablement, and campaigns to drive growth for Avanade in the SMEC market segment.
This is a critical role with a focus on enabling the growth for Avanade in the SMEC segment in partnership with Microsoft. It requires strong planning and execution skills, a client centric mindset and a determination to build something new. It acts as the bridge between our specialist teams in catalyst solutions, squads, sales, marketing and alliances bringing together the best of our capabilities to drive growth.
They will lead regular engagements with each of our regions, driving campaigns, co-ordinating content requirements, innovating how the Area benefits from various budgets and funding options to drive activation. Critically they will also be an escalation point and share learnings and best practices across regions in the Area.

We are seeking a high-potential Analyst to support the Chief of Staff to the Asia Pacific President at Avanade. This is a unique entry-level opportunity to work at the center of regional leadership, supporting internal strategic initiatives, business operations, and executive priorities across APAC.
The role blends project coordination, business management, and executive support, providing exposure to senior leadership, regional strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Project & Initiative Support (Primary)
- Support planning and execution of regional internal projects (e.g., strategy execution, transformation initiatives, leadership programs)
- Coordinate workplans, track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones
- Maintain structured project documentation, including status updates, action logs, and reporting packs
- Monitor progress and escalate risks/issues to the Chief of Staff as needed
- Ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
2. Business Operations & Rhythm of the Business
- Support the execution of the APAC rhythm of business (ROB) including monthly/quarterly reviews, leadership meetings, and reporting cycles
- Prepare executive-ready materials (presentations, dashboards, updates)
- Coordinate inputs from regional and functional teams for leadership reporting
- Track actions and ensure follow-through across leadership forums
- Support annual planning cycles, reporting, and performance tracking
3. Executive & Chief of Staff Support
- Support the Chief of Staff in driving priorities across the APAC leadership team
- Help manage communications, briefing materials, and leadership alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between sales, HR, finance, and delivery teams
- Assist with special projects and executive priorities as they arise
- Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and ways of working
4. Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, trackers, and governance materials
- Analyze business data (pipeline, revenue, operations metrics) to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Support automation or simplification of recurring processes

As a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Consultant, you will design, build, and deliver intelligent low code and AI powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You’ll work directly with enterprise clients to identify use cases, run workshops, and implement secure, scalable copilots and automations that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, orchestration, generative responses, and actions
Develop and extend solutions across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse; Power BI exposure desirable)
Lead client workshops (discovery, envisioning, and enablement) to identify automation and AI use cases
Be responsible for architecting and designing Power Platform tenants/environments, liaising with IT, Security, and other technical groups to ensure all integration needs are met and fully implemented
Analyze and lead discussions around architectural options, ensuring all options are considered for optimal deployment
Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external systems using connectors and APIs
Apply governance, security, and ALM best practices, including DLP policies and environment strategies
Produce solution designs, technical documentation, and handover materials for clients
Work with internal and external technical resources to enable the most effective DevOps processes
Collaborate with architects, data, and AI specialists to deliver end to end solutions
Communicate with Microsoft Product Engineering on product related issues, suggesting improvements and participating with other users in the Power Platform community
