Key Responsibilities
• Application of formal change methodology, models, and framework to pragmatically help our clients with their technology driven transformation
• Working within a cross functional team to lead change management deliverables and activities
• Articulate compelling case for change, coaching Change Sponsors (and project teams) on messaging, influence and leading effective change.
• Setting up and developing a Change Network to ‘Champion’ the change and facilitate two way communication
• Measurement of short- and long-term readiness and adoption
• Quantitative and qualitative analyses on impacts and risks to produce data-driven change outputs and deliver pragmatic change
• Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders internally and client facing
• Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications approach
• Development and execution of training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change
• Assessment of organisational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps
