As a CRM Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platforms, you will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery and go live of CRM projects. You will manage documentation, drive user interactions on system requirements, and test application functionality. Leveraging your CRM expertise, you will triage bugs, propose solutions, and act as the vital link between end users and the developer team.
You will act as a trusted advisor between Avanade clients, internal delivery teams, and the broader Avanade BizApps community, applying best practices, governance, and design standards aligned with Microsoft and Avanade methodologies. This role offers the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning, certification, and career progression across functional, solution architecture, and leadership pathways.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate go‑live and testing activities as the primary point of contact for end users.
Maintain and update project documentation, including requirements and process flows.

Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and propose practical solutions.
Work with external teams to define and support integration specifications.

As a Power BI Developer within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes.
