Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis and Requirements:
Elicit, define and manage functional and non-functional requirements with strong traceability
Translate business needs into user stories, process models, and system level specifications
Create clear, structured documentation and artefacts that enable delivery teams
Facilitate workshops, refinements and co-design sessions with stakeholders, delivery teams and end users
Act as the bridge between stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams
Process and Solution Design:
Analyse and redesign end to end business processes with a focus on process gaps, efficiency and experience
Ensure solutions balance user desirability, business viability and technical feasibility
Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and AI augmentation
Prototype and validate solutions to ensure alignment with user and business needs
Support solution configuration, testing and implementation
Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation:
Lead collaborative sessions that drive shared understanding and decision making
Guide stakeholders through change, adoption and implementation
Support UAT and ensure solutions meet both user expectations and business outcomes
Agile Delivery:
Work within Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence
Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and iterative delivery
Ensure user stories are well defined, testable and outcome focused
Occasionally step into Product Owner responsibilities where needed
AI-Enabled Business Analyst
Leverage AI tools (e.g. M365 Copilot) to enhance analysis, documentation and insight generation
Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve quality and efficiency of outputs
Identify and shape AI-driven use cases within business processes
Design AI-enabled workflows and requirements approaches
Ensure solutions adhere to Responsible AI principles (ethical, transparent, safe)

About the Job
As an Experience Designer, we are looking to you to support colleagues and clients in making complex digital ideas clearer and more usable. You will contribute to research, design and delivery activities while developing your consulting skills, design judgement and understanding of technology-enabled transformation.
In this role, you will play a key role in:
Support discovery activities including desk research, interview preparation, note-taking, synthesis and insight documentation.
Create first-pass journey maps, task flows, wireframes, UI screens, prototypes and design documentation under guidance.
Help maintain Figma or similar design/prototyping files, design-system components, variables, annotations and handoff hygiene.
Support usability testing, accessibility checks, design QA and delivery handoff preparation.
Work with Product Designers, Product Design Leads, Design Engineers and client teams to understand design problems and delivery constraints.

We are seeking a M365 Support Specialist who is passionate about helping customers and eager to learn. You will be responsible for working closely with customers to provide a high touch managed services partnership model and ensure a great customer experience.
In this role, you'll support customers across Avanade’s Managed Services while developing your technical and problem-solving skills. You'll work through customer queries from start to finish, providing updates, gathering information, and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a federal government organisation’s users and business areas in the use of M365.
- Conduct support calls, email and chats to troubleshoot and identify and rectify ICT issues or requests.
- Work with a task queue or backlog in a ticketing system.
- Contribute to continuously developing knowledge and modern SaaS systems.
- Interact with and administer parts of the M365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Intune, OneDrive for Business, and Entra ID.
- Some experience and knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, MECM or W365 infrastructure.
- Some experience with Applications Packaging and Deployment, native and virtual.
- Some PowerShell scripting or automation may be required.
- Work with a hybrid multi-location team.

As a Senior Product Designer, we are looking to you to partner with colleagues and clients to make product ambitions a palpable reality. You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, solution architects, advisory teams and client stakeholders to direct, define and design product experiences for leading enterprise clients. To do this, you will apply your product design craft, critical thinking and consulting skills to diagnose and resolve complex business and user problems through innovative digital solutions.
In this role, you will play a key role in:
Lead discovery and definition for a product stream, including research planning, contextual inquiry, synthesis, journey/task flows, information architecture and product direction.
Define product design approaches that accelerate digital adoption, improve user outcomes and support business cases for investment.
Design end-to-end product and omnichannel experiences across B2B, B2C and B2B2C environments, including AI-enabled and machine-human interactions where relevant.
Create and govern Figma or similar design/prototyping artefacts, design-system patterns, prototypes, behavioural annotations, acceptance criteria and delivery handoff materials.
Guide Product Designers and Experience Designers so design decisions are usable, accessible and delivery-ready.
Partner with Design Engineers to test feasibility, create rapid coded or AI-assisted prototypes and reduce handoff risk before delivery teams commit.
Help clients understand short and long-term implications of product, design, AI and technology shifts across policy, people, process and platform dimensions.
