As an Analytics Architect within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction around data architecture.  Together we do what matters. 
  
Key Responsibilities

• As an AI architect assigned to a client project, you will typically work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts  

• Assist clients in their journey to Microsoft Azure or leverage their existing investment in it - you can expect a significant focus on applying cloud architectural patterns and migration strategies 

• Play a key role in Avanade's sales process with the responsibility for shaping the high-level design, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with other subject matter experts in the business 

• As a senior member of the Avanade technical community, you will provide coaching and mentoring to motivate and inspire more junior colleagues from within your team and across the organization 

• Translate complex technical solutions and present them in different formats; to business decision makers into business outcomes, to Market in engaging video or blog format content, to internal Sales Teams in battle card format 

• Engage in early conversations with the client and/or sales team and support origination and deal qualification, become the trusted advisor.  Prepare and represent the solution in Deal Reviews and play an active role in Orals, Client Presentations, and negotiations discussions with key client buyers 

• Complete pricing, using standard solution architecture processes, methods, estimating, and modelling tools to drive quality and minimize time to solution through process and reuse.  Understand and leverage different Pricing Models and work with Sales Leads to articulate deal pricing.  Ensuring a deal is both winnable and deliverable, mitigating potential risks

Vos missions

En tant que Business Development Manager, vous êtes un acteur central de la croissance d’Avanade sur votre périmètre :

• Contribuer activement à la définition et à l’exécution de la stratégie de développement commercial sur le secteur industriel
• Piloter et développer votre portefeuille clients, en instaurant des relations de confiance durables et en assurant une croissance rentable
• Identifier et qualifier des opportunités de transformation à fort impact, puis piloter l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de l’avant-vente à la signature
• Fédérer et coordonner les équipes internes (avant-vente, delivery, experts) ainsi que les partenaires, pour maximiser les chances de succès
• Développer et animer votre réseau de partenaires, notamment au sein de l’écosystème Microsoft, afin de co-construire des offres différenciantes
• Assurer une veille active du marché (tendances, concurrence, évolutions réglementaires) et être force de proposition pour adapter les approches commerciales aux enjeux spécifiques du secteur industriel

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Develop and execute detailed test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our automated migration technologies product suite.

• Testing & Validation: Perform thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to identify and resolve defects.

• Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and quality metrics to support continuous improvement and compliance.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and tools.
