本ポジションはApplications & Infrastructureの中の、Application Emerging Technology Tech Architect/System Tech Architecture（STA）となります。想定はConsultant/Associate Managerクラスです。

【職務内容】

アバナードのSystem Tech Architecture組織では、パブリッククラウドの代表格であるマイクロソフトAzureに関与し、その技術を極めることが可能な環境が整っています。 グローバルに在籍しているマイクロソフト技術のエキスパートと意見を交換しながら、自己研鑽を深め、様々な業種のお客様の難問を解決することができます。これは、マーケットで高く評価されるAzureアーキテクトとして活躍し、さらなるキャリアを築くための絶好のポジションです。

【主な役割】

アプリケーションエマージングテクノロジーアーキテクトとして、クライアントのニーズや課題を解決策に変換し、ビジョンの創出、クラウドシステム・アプリケーションやGenAI活用を含むアーキテクチャ評価、技術選定、見積もりをサポートします。エマージングテクノロジーとは社会や産業を大きく変える可能性を持ちながら、まだ発展途上にある新しい技術群のことを指しています。

【具体的な業務内容】

• クラウドベースのソリューションを設計する

• クラウドアーキテクチャを設計し、ソリューションを開発するための計画と仕様を策定する

• マネージャーやエンジニアと協力し、新しいクラウドベースのサービス、アプリケーション、ソリューションの仕様を開発する

• クラウド管理プラットフォームの展開を推進し、その性能を評価し、改善を実施する

• ビジネスの問題に対するITアーキテクチャ（統合プロセス、アプリケーション、データ、技術）ソリューションを、企業アーキテクチャの方向性と基準に沿って設計・開発する

• 内部および外部（クライアント）の期待に応えるか、それを超えるソフトウェア資産の設計、開発、強化を行う機能横断型開発チームの監督・管理を行う

• チームメンバーにコーチング、メンタリング、モチベーションを与え、積極的な行動とその業務への責任を持たせる

• 責任、品質、コミットメント、成長、革新を促進する環境を創出し、必要に応じて販売プロセスをサポートする

• Ensure designs align with security and compliance requirements.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Produce architecture diagrams, HLD/LLD documents, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with infra, DevOps, application, and security teams.
