Responsabilidades clave:

• Implementar Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Microsoft Intune para la gestión de distintos tipos de dispositivos en iOS, Android y Windows.
• Diseñar, crear e implementar soluciones de seguridad como Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Microsoft CASB e Intune.
• Proteger Office 365 mediante el uso de Microsoft Secure Score.
• Comprender Microsoft Information Protection, incluidas las infraestructuras y técnicas de clasificación de datos tanto en entornos locales como en la nube.

In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across business, functional, technical, and project delivery streams, ensuring alignment between client objectives, implementation approach, and successful business outcomes.

We are looking for a leader who can manage complex project environments with confidence, structure, and pragmatism—balancing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and delivery quality throughout the full ERP program lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation programs, ensuring alignment to client goals, scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

• Manage complex project environments involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, third parties, governance forums, and interdependent business and technology initiatives.

• Drive delivery planning, RAID management, resource coordination, status reporting, and decision-making across the full project lifecycle.

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior leadership, and provide clear guidance on delivery approach, priorities, risks, and trade-offs.

• Ensure effective collaboration between functional, technical, change, data, testing, and deployment teams to deliver an integrated ERP solution.

• Establish and maintain robust project governance, delivery controls, escalation paths, and quality assurance practices.

• Support program recovery, issue resolution, and proactive risk mitigation in challenging or high-pressure delivery scenarios.

• Contribute to shaping delivery strategy, client engagement models, and best practices for ERP implementations within Avanade.

The CE team carries out projects relate to the Microsoft Dynamics 356 Customer Engagement solution focused on Sales, Marketing,Field Service and Customer Service. Of course, the Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise and so are Copilot, PVA and DCCP.

You will be part of a fun and dedicated team made up of enthusiastic, motivated, and supportive colleagues. The team is cross-skilled, including functional profiles, delivery leads and presales consultants in addition to our technical colleagues.

What you’ll do:

·       Design and implement the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, following the best practices and standards

·       Integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with other business applications, using various technologies and platforms

·       Review the technical deliverables of the development team and provide feedback and guidance

·       Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle

·       Document the technical design and architecture, as well as any changes or enhancements

·       Mentor and/or coach the junior developers and architects on the team

·       Support our customers in meeting their goals and performing their digital transformation

Skills and experiences: 

·       Analytical skills to understand complex business problems and provide effective solutions

·       Consulting experience in delivering CRM projects for various industries and domains

·       Technology expertise in the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement domain, including configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment

·       Related technology skills such as .NET C# for plugins, Power Platform or Dataverse for low-code development, Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate for workflows, and Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD

·       Good communication skills to interact with customers, stakeholders, and team members

·       Ownership of the overall technical solution and relations with customer stakeholders

·       Fluency in communication in English and Dutch.
