Cosa farai: 

• Collaborerai con il team alla pianificazione e all'analisi del territorio e degli obiettivi di vendita 

• Collaborerai attivamente ad azioni di digital prospecting attraverso in collaborazione con il team marketing, lavorando su CRM e tool di social selling.

• Supporterai la gestione delle campagne digitali (e-mail marketing, social, eventi) con focus sulla generazione di lead qualificati.

• Contribuirai all’aggiornamento e segmentazione dei database di clienti e prospect oltre che alla creatività nel supporto alla produzione di contenuti (post social, e-mail, testi brevi, slide).

• Supporterai la gestione progettuale per ottimizzare il processo di vendita  

• Garantirai una comunicazione efficace

What you'll do 

• Help clients shape their transformation plans, identifying the opportunities for change, the value drivers that will make it successful, and shaping into their roadmap for change. 

• Provide hands-on program and change management capabilities on large-scale transformation and change programs for our varied clients.  

• Lead or co-ordinate relevant workstreams.  

• Help set the vision, right culture of behaviors, and pace and momentum for change in that business or organisation.  

• Support the design, implementation and management of transformation offices and the supporting infrastructure, in overseeing and directly changing and transformation.  

• Articulate a compelling case for change and coach Change Sponsors (and our own team) on messaging, influence and behavior modelling for their teams.  

• Design and delivery of change initiatives 

• Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills.
