As an AI Solution Architect, you bring expert-level knowledge in support of sales motions and project execution across Avanade's Data & AI portfolio, with a specific focus on AI systems leveraging Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, deep learning and machine learning. Key to this role is a comprehensive understanding of the applications of data science to solve business problems and deliver business value. The successful individual will be able to work with clients to elicit and understand their needs and communicate AI concepts and approaches in an articulate and business-relevant manner in order to help achieve business outcomes. To be successful, the individual must be able to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team consisting of business stakeholders, product owners, data engineers, and other data scientists.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements and goals to AI solutions leveraging strong business acumen and data science expertise
Analyze current business practices, processes, and procedures as well as identifying future business opportunities
Provide high-level and detailed architectural expertise in sales and projects, and assist peers on other analytics teams
Identify risks, document assumptions, and develop work effort estimates
Build relationships with Solution Architects and collaborate on promoting solution architecture best practices across the company

At Avanade, our Back-End team isn’t just about coding—it’s about engineering the core of enterprise ecosystems. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will design and guide the implementation of integration components aligned with enterprise architecture standards, leveraging Azure Integration Services and modern development practices.
You’ll lead by example, ensuring technical excellence, security, and interoperability across distributed systems.
Key Responsabilities
Design and oversee the architecture of integration layers with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Act as a technical leader in projects using microservices and event-driven architecture (e.g., Service Bus, Event Grid). Lead solution design and implementation of services on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), .NET Core 6+, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
Apply architectural best practices including DDD (Domain-Driven Design) and Clean Architecture. Define and enforce development standards (SOLID principles, test automation, code quality).
Guide the team in implementing unit tests, monitoring, logging, and Dev Sec Ops practices. Provide technical mentoring and leadership to junior and mid-level developers. Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively contribute to SCRUM delivery.

- Apply your expertise in technical and consulting knowledge to advise clients on fit-for-purpose architectures, ensure nonfunctional requirements as well as evolving business needs.
- Work in projects that utilize Microsoft and latest front-end technologies in distributed, highly scalable, robust and responsive architectures.
- Architect and deploy and Azure solutions across the Azure platform using DevSecOps practices with Azure Pipelines or GitHub Actions
- Deliver using Agile frameworks, paying special attention to code quality, delivery commitments and team leadership.
