You will work in interdisciplinary project teams, supporting our clients in making the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM a success story.

Our projects are diverse and involve clients from a wide range of industries. You will collaborate with project teams and experts from various fields to define end-to-end processes and deliver services based on solid technical and professional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Using established methodologies, you ensure transparent representation of processes, tasks, and structures throughout the project. You will stay up to date by continuously developing your skills, implementing new projects, and working in an international environment with a variety of development opportunities. The goal is to create sustainable solutions and make ERP implementations both efficient and effective.

What you'll do:

Project Work & Business Development

• You will be responsible for overall project planning, control, and independent management of ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM. You support the sales team in preparing offers for potential and existing customers.

Client & Team Leadership

• You serve as the central point of contact for solving all customer and employee challenges, ensuring project goals (budget, deadlines, quality) are met. You’ll compile, lead, and manage project teams on a multinational and interdisciplinary level.

Methodology & Delivery

• You hold methodical responsibility for the agile implementation of projects according to Avanade methodology.

Deine Aufgaben:
 

• Bereitstellung von Public, Private oder auch hybriden Cloud-Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen im Microsoft Infrastruktur Umfeld. 
• Begleitung von entsprechenden Projekten über alle Phasen hinweg sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung moderner, cloudbasierter Lösungen beginnend bei der Definition der passenden Strategie, über die Konzeption bis zur Implementierung von Cloud Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Azure. 
• Unterstützung unserer Kund:innen bei der Analyse, Verarbeitung und Kommunikation aller relevanten Informationen, mit dem Ziel immer die beste Technologie bereitzustellen. 
• Problemlösung während der Implementierungsphase. 
• Verantwortung einzelner Workstreams bzw. auch Teile von Projekten, sobald der Azure Architect alles aufgesetzt hat und nur mehr der Delivery Lead vor Ort ist. 
• Proaktiver Wissens- und Erfahrungsaustausch mit Kolleg:innen – persönlich sowie über technische Communities und Social-Media-Kanäle.  

Qualifikation und Erfahrung:
 

• Langjährige Erfahrung in Cloud-Technologien, vor allem Microsoft Azure und anderen Hyperscalern; Zertifizierungen vorhanden
• Erfahrung in Microsoft Plattform (Active Directory, DNS, Hyper-V) und Datacenter-Services (Storage, Networks, HCI)
• Fundierte technische Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im People Management; führungsstark, motivierend, konfliktlösend, teamorientiert

Über dich:
 

• Solide Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Technologien von Microsoft (Azure-Plattform) sowie idealerweise Zertifizierungen in Microsoft Technologien (MS-/AZ-900 oder höher).
