Senior Manager, GTM Product Management (Avanade Go)
Role Overview
To meet growing demand from high-potential Microsoft clients, Avanade must scale faster with dramatically lower cost of sale, requiring a shift to productized services and growth that is decoupled from headcount. We’re looking for a leader to accelerate the productization and commercialization of Avanade’s offerings.
We are hiring a Senior Manager, GTM Product Management, for [AI Business Solutions / Cloud & AI Platforms / Security] to lead one of Microsoft’s newly defined solution areas and play a critical role in scaling repeatable solutions into productized services. This position reports to the GTM Product Executive, who oversees the strategy, lifecycle, and execution of Avanade Go’s portfolio of productized offerings.
In this role, you will guide offerings through the productization engine; from design and packaging to launch and post-launch iteration. Success will require strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure each solution is market-ready, operationally scalable, and aligned with client, regional, and Microsoft priorities.

Key Accountabilities
Socialize and position offerings with clients: Support market validation, gather intelligence, and ensure offerings are positioned effectively with clients and aligned to buyer needs
Drive solution execution: Lead offerings through the productization lifecycle, from ideation and launch to post-launch optimization and iteration.
Ensure offer readiness: Manage all elements of GTM preparation including value proposition, pricing, enablement, and activation
Lead cross-functional coordination: Partner across the organization including Practice Leads, Solution Delivery, Engineering, and Sales to overseeing product development offerings at scale
Align with Microsoft Strategy: Stay closely connected to Microsoft’s roadmap, funding programs, and co-sell opportunities within the assigned solution area
Tailor to the Market: Evolve and adapt messaging and assets to resonate with SME&C clients (typically $250M to $5B revenue, 500 to 5,000 employees)
Optimize Through Data: Leverage insights and performance metrics to guide enhancements, improve impact, and inform future iterations of the offering.
Shape Portfolio Strategy: Collaborate with the GTM Product Executive to influence roadmap priorities and evolve productization best practices across the portfolio

Account Leadership AV

Accountable for driving market activation for Avanade’s SME&C business unit in (EME, APAC, Americas). Working with the SME&C leader for the Area and the SME&C GTM Global leader, creating the plan that encompasses client segmentation, Avanade sales enablement, Microsoft enablement, and campaigns to drive growth for Avanade in the SMEC market segment.
This is a critical role with a focus on enabling the growth for Avanade in the SMEC segment in partnership with Microsoft. It requires strong planning and execution skills, a client centric mindset and a determination to build something new. It acts as the bridge between our specialist teams in catalyst solutions, squads, sales, marketing and alliances bringing together the best of our capabilities to drive growth.
They will lead regular engagements with each of our regions, driving campaigns, co-ordinating content requirements, innovating how the Area benefits from various budgets and funding options to drive activation. Critically they will also be an escalation point and share learnings and best practices across regions in the Area.

As an MDM Data Engineer at Avanade, you’ll design and deliver enterprise Master Data Management solutions on the Microsoft data platform, creating trusted, governed master data for analytics and AI. You’ll work hands‑on with MDM platforms integrated with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Fabric, partnering with architects, analysts, and business data owners to improve data quality, lineage, and consistency across core data domains.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure consistent and trusted master data
Develop and manage data ingestion, matching, merging, and survivorship rules across master data domains
Integrate MDM platforms with source and downstream systems to enable accurate data synchronisation
Implement data quality rules, validation checks, and exception handling processes
Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and data stewards to translate requirements into MDM solutions
Support data governance initiatives including metadata management, lineage, and auditability
Configure and optimise MDM workflows, hierarchies, and reference data management
