GenAI & Azure Architecture Client-Facing Consulting Role

We are looking for an AI Architect (Manager or Senior Manager level) to help scale and accelerate our AI and Generative AI (GenAI) offerings. In this role, you will design enterprise-grade AI solutions, guide clients through their GenAI journey, and shape the future of AI adoption across industries. This is a client-facing, architecture-led consulting role with global reach and impact.

You will work closely with solutioning, sales, and delivery teams across regions to architect AI and GenAI solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Copilot Studio. You will help clients move from experimentation to scalable, business-aligned AI adoption—bringing technical depth, architectural rigor, and trusted advisory to every engagement.

What You’ll Do (All Levels)

AI Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the design of end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions aligned to client strategy and measurable outcomes.

• Define solution blueprints, reference architectures, and AI roadmaps for scalable, repeatable delivery.

• Translate complex requirements into clear, well-architected solution approaches.

GenAI & Azure Technical Leadership

• Advise on GenAI use cases including conversational AI, copilots, RAG, vector search, and emerging Agentic AI patterns.

• Leverage Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Copilot Studio to shape automation and orchestration.

Client Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders.

• Lead architecture discussions, design workshops, and solution reviews.

• Shape AI strategy, adoption plans, and future-state operating models.

Sales & Pursuit Support

• Support sales pursuits through solution shaping, estimates, and executive-facing presentations.

• Contribute to PoVs, demos, and proposal development.

Practice & Capability Building

• Contribute to internal accelerators, best practices, and reusable components.

• Mentor team members and support capability uplift in GenAI and Responsible AI.

Additional Responsibilities (Manager)

Managers focus on leading architecture workstreams and delivering high-quality solution designs:

• Lead architecture components within larger programs.

• Deliver solution designs, documentation, and implementation guidance.

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and support stakeholder alignment.

• Contribute to proposals and solution narratives under guidance from senior leaders.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Manager)

Senior Managers take on broader leadership and strategic responsibilities, including:

Strategic Client Leadership

• Lead executive briefings and influence senior stakeholders.

• Shape multi-year AI roadmaps and value realization frameworks (KPIs, OKRs, ROI).

Enterprise Architecture Ownership

• Own end-to-end architecture across data, integration, security, identity, and model lifecycle.

• Establish standards for RAG, orchestration, agent strategies, and AI governance.

Sales & Growth Leadership

• Lead pre-sales architecture for major pursuits and create industry-aligned reference designs.

• Shape commercial strategy, solutioning, and risk mitigation for large programs.

Delivery Governance

• Oversee architectural integrity across programs, run design reviews, and manage risks and trade-offs.

• Ensure adoption, value tracking, and scaled rollout across complex engagements.

Operating Model & Governance

• Define AI operating models, platform strategy, SDLC/MLOps/LLMOps guardrails, and data access patterns.

• Advise on Responsible AI, security, privacy, and Azure Well-Architected principles

Accountable for driving market activation for Avanade’s SME&C business unit in (EME, APAC, Americas).  Working with the SME&C leader for the Area and the SME&C GTM Global leader, creating the plan that encompasses client segmentation, Avanade sales enablement, Microsoft enablement, and campaigns to drive growth for Avanade in the SMEC market segment. 

This is a critical role with a focus on enabling the growth for Avanade in the SMEC segment in partnership with Microsoft.  It requires strong planning and execution skills, a client centric mindset and a determination to build something new.   It acts as the bridge between our specialist teams in catalyst solutions, squads, sales, marketing and alliances bringing together the best of our capabilities to drive growth. 

They will lead regular engagements with each of our regions, driving campaigns, co-ordinating content requirements, innovating how the Area benefits from various budgets and funding options to drive activation.  Critically they will also be an escalation point and share learnings and best practices across regions in the Area.

• ​Key Responsibilities:

  • Dirigir y gestionar proyectos de IA desde la conceptualización hasta la implementación y despliegue. 

  • Diseñar e implementar modelos y soluciones de IA utilizando Python y herramientas relacionadas. 

  • Diseñar e implementar modelos y soluciones basadas en modelos matemáticos utilizando Python y herramientas relacionadas. 

  • Trabajar con herramientas de diseño 3D, tanto paramétricas cómo no paramétricas como Freecad y Blender. 

  • Crear y mantener un entorno para la ejecución de modelos de IA e integrarse con herramientas 3D. 

  • Coordinar y supervisar al equipo técnico, fomentando un ambiente de colaboración y desarrollo profesional. 

  • Interactuar con clientes para entender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas. 

  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias en IA y tecnologías Microsoft para integrar las mejores prácticas en los proyectos. 

  • Planificar, ejecutar y monitorear proyectos asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos

• REQUERIDO:  

  • Amplia experiencia en inteligencia artificial. 

  • Alta experiencia en ofrecer soluciones aplicadas al diseño 3D basadas en algoritmos matemáticos u otras herramientas. 

  • Alto conocimiento de herramientas de diseño 3D o bien Freecad o bien Blender. 

  • Haber trabajado con diferentes formatos con volumen. Piezas 3D, nubes de puntos o similares. 

  • Nivel avanzado de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado (B2-C1) 

  • SE VALORARÁ  

  • Experiencia desarrollando redes neuronales. 

  • Dominio de Python y experiencia con frameworks de IA. 

  • Familiaridad con herramientas y plataformas Microsoft, como Azure AI.
