As a Digital Marketing/Sales Consultant, Digital Sales will collaborate with both the marketing and sales departments to drive business through online channels. By accurately understanding customer needs and providing optimal digital solutions, Digital Sales will support the entire process from lead generation to closing deals. Additionally, Digital Sales will leverage digital platforms and data analysis to develop and implement effective sales strategies, aiming to maximize bookings.
What You Will Do:
- Build a healthy pipeline and source sales opportunities by creating drip campaigns, emailing, following up on leads, and responding to marketing and partner leads.
- Review and qualify leads from marketing or partners for further development.
- Engage buyers through relevant channels such as digital content, social media, events, campaigns, queries, email, and webinars with a view to moving them through the buyer journey into qualified leads.
- Sales Conversion Responsibilities Pursue and convert leads to achieve quota targets.
- Find and set up relationships with new business prospects. Follow and analyze industry trends to identify selling opportunities.
- Deliver insight, manage customer objections, and suitably position our sales plays to maximize sales.
- Data Management and Analysis Responsibilities Research accounts and identify the key players and sales opportunities.
- Develop prospect intelligence including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Maintain market knowledge including competitive products, pricing, and policies. Maintain data quality and confidentiality.
- Collaboration Responsibilities Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in customer outreach efforts.

Key responsibilities
Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI; Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor KPIs
Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems
SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data
Work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions

What you’ll do
Own the sales cycle end to end: from pipeline creation to signed SOW — including discovery, qualification, pursuit strategy, pricing, negotiation, and close for multi tower services (Data & AI, Security, SRE/Operations, App Dev, Data Engineering).
Sell-to Microsoft: Position Avanade & Accenture’s differentiated services to align with Microsoft’s AI and agentic transformation agenda.
Create Value Propositions: translate technical capabilities (e.g. data platforms, ML Ops, SRE/Service Excellence) into quantified business outcomes tied to the customer’s roadmap.
Deal governance & forecasting: run pursuits through standard approval gates and maintain high quality forecast hygiene in CRM; partner with sales ops/deal desk for compliant, timely contract closure.
Executive relationship management: build trusted relationships with Director/VP/CVP stakeholders; facilitate solutioning workshops and showcase demos/proofs aligned to Microsoft’s priorities.
Account growth: expand wallet share through renewals, upsells, and cross sell across Data & AI, Security, Modern Apps, and Intelligent Operations; land pilot scale motions leveraging Avanade assets.
