Summary
As a Business Analysis Consultant, you won’t just document requirements, you’ll help shape meaningful, human centered solutions powered by data and AI.
You’ll partner with clients, designers, engineers, and product teams to deeply understand user needs, translate them into impactful solutions, and deliver outcomes that are both intuitive for people and intelligent through technology.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, experience design, and emerging AI capabilities, helping organisations modernise how they work, decide and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis and Requirements:
Elicit, define and manage functional and non-functional requirements with strong traceability
Translate business needs into user stories, process models, and system level specifications
Create clear, structured documentation and artefacts that enable delivery teams
Facilitate workshops, refinements and co-design sessions with stakeholders, delivery teams and end users
Act as the bridge between stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams
Process and Solution Design:
Analyse and redesign end to end business processes with a focus on process gaps, efficiency and experience
Ensure solutions balance user desirability, business viability and technical feasibility
Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and AI augmentation
Prototype and validate solutions to ensure alignment with user and business needs
Support solution configuration, testing and implementation
Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation:
Lead collaborative sessions that drive shared understanding and decision making
Guide stakeholders through change, adoption and implementation
Support UAT and ensure solutions meet both user expectations and business outcomes
Agile Delivery:
Work within Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence
Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning and iterative delivery
Ensure user stories are well defined, testable and outcome focused
Occasionally step into Product Owner responsibilities where needed
AI-Enabled Business Analyst
Leverage AI tools (e.g. M365 Copilot) to enhance analysis, documentation and insight generation
Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve quality and efficiency of outputs
Identify and shape AI-driven use cases within business processes
Design AI-enabled workflows and requirements approaches
Ensure solutions adhere to Responsible AI principles (ethical, transparent, safe)

Avanade recherche un·e Business Development Manager passionné·e par le développement commercial et la transformation digitale, capable d’identifier, de construire et de conclure des opportunités stratégiques à forte valeur ajoutée dans les secteurs Public et Santé.
Dans un environnement de conseil technologique de haut niveau, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conquête de nouveaux comptes et le développement de partenariats durables, en vous appuyant sur l’écosystème Microsoft et sur des solutions innovantes (Cloud, Data & AI, Applications métiers, Sécurité, Modern Workplace).
Autonome, orienté·e résultats et reconnu·e pour vos qualités relationnelles, vous interviendrez sur des cycles de vente complexes et structurants, contribuant directement à l’impact d’Avanade auprès d’acteurs majeurs du service public et de la santé.
En tant que Business Development Manager, vous êtes un acteur central de la croissance d’Avanade sur votre périmètre, vos missions seront :
- Contribuer activement à la définition et à l’exécution de la stratégie de développement commercial sur les secteurs Public et Santé
- Piloter et développer votre portefeuille clients, en instaurant des relations de confiance durables et en assurant une croissance rentable
- Générer du chiffre d’affaires nouveau et additionnel par la prospection, l’acquisition et le développement de comptes stratégiques
- Identifier et qualifier des opportunités de transformation à fort impact, puis piloter l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de l’avant-vente à la signature
- Fédérer et coordonner les équipes internes (avant-vente, delivery, experts) ainsi que les partenaires, pour maximiser les chances de succès
- Développer et animer votre réseau de partenaires, notamment au sein de l’écosystème Microsoft, afin de co-construire des offres différenciantes

Entrerai a far parte del team Client Solution che unisce expertise di dominio (processi e best practice SCM per industria), di processo e discreta, e per largo consumo; con competenze tecniche su soluzioni avanzate (dall’ERP agli Advanced Planning Systems come sedApta e ai sistemi MES e APS), il tutto arricchito da solide capacità di consulenza, gestione progettuale e leadership. Accompagnerai le aziende in progetti di trasformazione della Supply Chain, dall’analisi strategica alla messa a terra delle soluzioni, generando benefici tangibili in termini di efficienza operativa, servizio al cliente e capacità innovative
Responsabilità principali:
Lovorerai su progetti complessi presso clienti, dalla fase di pre sales, all’analisi iniziale fino al completamento della soluzione. Tra le responsabilità chiave rientrano:
Attività di Pre sales per iniziative di supply chain del cliente
Analisi dei processi e identificazione di soluzioni: condurre assessment dettagliati dei processi di supply chain del cliente, mappando flussi informativi e operativi (es. processi di pianificazione, approvvigionamento, produzione, logistica).
Elaborazione di soluzioni e roadmap di implementazione: proposta di soluzioni tecnologiche e organizzative: ad esempio piani di implementazione per sistemi SCM (ERP, moduli APS/MES, soluzioni di advanced planning e scheduling come sedApta) allineati con gli obiettivi strategici del cliente.
Gestione di progetto e coordinamento team: ruolo di Project Manager o Workstream Lead all’interno dei progetti.
Implementazione di soluzioni tecnologiche: guidare l’implementazione tecnica delle soluzioni proposte.
Formazione e change management: organizzare e condurre sessioni di formazione per gli utenti finali e i key user del cliente,
Collaborazione cross-funzionale e innovazione: Infine, un aspetto importante del ruolo in Avanade (e in aziende di consulenza analoghe) è la collaborazione con altre linee di offerta e l’identificazione di opportunità di up-selling/cross-selling.
