What you'll do
Develop new business with clients across Energy, Utilities, Infrastructures & Services, Technology companies, telecommunications, media, entertainment, digital platforms and connectivity-led organizations.
Identify transformation opportunities in areas such as network modernization, customer experience, digital channels, content platforms, data monetization, cloud, AI and intelligent operations.
Create and grow a strong pipeline by prospecting, qualifying opportunities and building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
Partner with Microsoft and other strategic alliances to bring relevant, industry-focused solutions to market.
Build, qualify and manage a strong pipeline for growth, including proposals, statements of work, commercial negotiations and contracts.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior client stakeholders, creating referrals and opening new opportunities for growth.
Stay close to market trends, customer expectations, regulatory pressures and technology priorities shaping the sector.

We are seeking a M365 Support Specialist who is passionate about helping customers and eager to learn. You will be responsible for working closely with customers to provide a high touch managed services partnership model and ensure a great customer experience.
In this role, you'll support customers across Avanade’s Managed Services while developing your technical and problem-solving skills. You'll work through customer queries from start to finish, providing updates, gathering information, and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting large-scale Microsoft M365 / Azure deployments in secure environments, performing platform evolution activities.
Engineer, configure, and operate Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related workloads
Implement and maintain identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, roles, conditional access, and MFA
Administer Azure resources supporting M365 and enterprise workloads, including subscriptions, resource groups, networking, and identity integrations
Manage tenant configuration, service settings, and platform baselines in alignment with security and governance standards
Implement and support information protection, compliance, and security controls across M365 and Azure
Support joiner, mover, and leaver processes including account provisioning, access changes, and decommissioning
Manage licensing, group based access, and service enablement for M365 and Azure workloads
Investigate and resolve platform incidents, service degradations, and operational issues (L2/L3 support)
Perform changes, enhancements, and minor uplift activities in line with change and release management processes
Monitor service health, security alerts, and operational telemetry across M365 and Azure platforms
Maintain technical documentation including configurations, operational procedures, and as built records
Collaborate with architects, security teams, and service owners to implement approved designs and standards

We are seeking a Power Platform Engineer who can design, build, and support practical business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to deliver apps, automation, integrations, and data-led improvements that are secure, scalable, and easy to support.
Core to the Role
Design, build, test, and support Power Platform solutions across business teams and user groups.
Assess business needs, technical constraints, and readiness for new apps and automation.
Create practical solution designs, delivery plans, and stakeholder engagement materials.
Develop canvas apps, model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse components.
Build simple guides, support notes, release updates, and knowledge articles for users.
Support governance adoption, including environments, security roles, connectors, ALM, and standards.
Run workshops, demos, backlog sessions, and support clinics to improve solution uptake.
Track solution performance, identify friction points, and recommend continuous improvements.
About You
You are a hands-on Power Platform professional who can turn business problems into useful, maintainable solutions. You understand low-code delivery, integration patterns, security, and support needs across Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and Azure-connected services. You are confident working with stakeholders, service teams, makers, and end users to deliver outcomes that stick.
Professional Skillset
Strong working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Microsoft 365.
Experience delivering business apps, process automation, integrations, and operational improvements.
Ability to create solution designs, technical notes, user guides, release notes, and support artefacts.
Confident facilitator with experience running workshops, demos, backlog reviews, and stakeholder briefings.
Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, connectors, environments, ALM, and data lifecycle basics.
Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
