Core to the Role
Provide day-to-day functional support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, Project Accounting, and Budgeting.
Analyse client issues and requests, then translate them into functional specifications, configuration changes, development requirements, or support actions.
Prepare and maintain functional design documentation, test scripts, support runbooks, service updates, and stakeholder engagement materials.
Support data migration activities, period-end close processes, reconciliation tasks, configuration changes, patches, and release-cycle testing.
Develop and maintain low-to-medium complexity customisations and extensions within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Build simple guides, support notes, test plans, release updates, and knowledge articles for clients, end users, and support teams.
Support service governance adoption, including ticket prioritisation, SLA commitments, documentation standards, knowledge management, access controls, and shared services processes.
Use Azure DevOps, APIs, data connectors, workflows, custom data entities, and Azure Integration Services where appropriate to support delivery and issue resolution.
Track incidents, ticket trends, platform issues, service outcomes, and client feedback, then recommend continuous improvements.
About You
You are an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations support professional with the ability to translate Finance business requirements and technical issues into reliable support outcomes. You have a strong understanding of core Finance processes, D365 F&O configuration, X++ development, custom data entities, workflows, integrations, testing, release support, and support requirements across live client environments. You are comfortable engaging with clients, functional teams, technical teams, service teams, and end users to deliver support services that are robust, practical, and aligned to business outcomes.
Professional Skillset
Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Finance modules, configuration, X++ development, custom data entities, workflows, Azure DevOps, and support processes.
Experience supporting live ERP environments, Finance operations, client issue resolution, functional testing, release support, service delivery, and business process improvements.
Ability to investigate Finance-related issues, configuration defects, development requirements, integration problems, performance concerns, and data-related support issues.
Ability to create functional specifications, design documentation, test scripts, support runbooks, technical notes, release notes, and support artefacts.
Confident facilitator with experience running workshops, triage sessions, support status meetings, functional walkthroughs, and stakeholder briefings.
Understanding of D365 F&O support governance, service management, SLA commitments, ticket prioritisation, knowledge management, documentation standards, and release-cycle basics.

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft-focussed Delivery Lead to lead system integration projects from mobilisation through completion. The role is accountable for client outcomes, delivery performance, commercial control and stakeholder confidence across projects involving multidisciplinary, distributed and third-party teams.
The ideal candidate is a consulting-focused delivery professional with strong general project and program delivery skills. They will combine structured governance with practical leadership, sound commercial judgement and the ability to manage scope, contracts, financials, risk, quality and client expectations. Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP solutions is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery Leadership
Own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, dependencies and benefits.
Mobilise engagements by translating contractual commitments into an integrated delivery plan, governance model, resource plan and delivery controls.
Establish clear roles, decision rights, escalation paths, milestones, acceptance criteria and reporting expectations.
Lead Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall delivery approaches appropriate to the engagement.
Maintain an integrated view of workstreams, critical path, dependencies, client obligations and delivery readiness.
