As an AI Solutions Architect within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our clients’ business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shaping the strategic direction around Data and AI architecture. Key Responsibilities
As an AI Solutions Architect assigned to a client project, you will work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts.
Assist clients in their journey to Microsoft Azure or leverage their existing investment in it. You can expect a significant focus on applying cloud architectural patterns and migration strategies.
Play a key role in Avanade's sales process with responsibility for shaping high-level solution designs, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with other subject matter experts.
Engage in early conversations with clients and sales teams, support origination and deal qualification activities, and become a trusted advisor.
Prepare and represent solutions in Deal Reviews and play an active role in Orals, Client Presentations, and negotiation discussions with key client stakeholders.
Complete pricing activities using standard solution architecture processes, estimating methods, and modelling tools to drive quality and consistency.
Ensure solutions are both deliverable and commercially viable while identifying and mitigating technical and delivery risks.
Translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes for executives, customers, sales teams, and wider technical audiences.
Provide coaching and mentoring to technical teams and support the growth of Avanade's AI and Data community.

The Associate Director, Client Growth & Transformation is responsible for defining, launching and scaling strategic growth programmes that accelerate revenue growth, client value creation and AI-led business transformation across Avanade's highest-potential accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, sales transformation, sales productivity and commercial execution. The successful candidate will identify emerging growth opportunities, translate them into repeatable programmes and drive global adoption through influence, analytics and executive stakeholder engagement.
The role will initially focus on establishing and scaling programmes such as MVC and future strategic growth initiatives that help Avanade deepen client relationships, increase wallet share, accelerate AI opportunity creation and strengthen market differentiation.
This is a highly visible role that works across Sales, Marketing, Solution Areas, Delivery, Microsoft and Accenture leadership teams to shape Avanade's next generation growth model.
Key Accountabilities
Growth Strategy & Programme Development
Define and own strategic growth programmes that accelerate revenue expansion across Avanade's highest-potential clients.
Identify emerging growth opportunities, market trends and client needs that can be translated into scalable growth motions.
Build business cases, programme roadmaps, governance models and success measures for strategic growth initiatives.
Develop repeatable frameworks, methodologies and operating models that can be deployed globally.
