As an AI Solutions Architect within our Data & AI Practice, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our clients’ business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You’ll engage in solutioning and support on the most strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shaping the strategic direction around Data and AI architecture. Key Responsibilities

• As an AI Solutions Architect assigned to a client project, you will work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts.

• Assist clients in their journey to Microsoft Azure or leverage their existing investment in it. You can expect a significant focus on applying cloud architectural patterns and migration strategies.

• Play a key role in Avanade's sales process with responsibility for shaping high-level solution designs, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with other subject matter experts.

• Engage in early conversations with clients and sales teams, support origination and deal qualification activities, and become a trusted advisor.

• Prepare and represent solutions in Deal Reviews and play an active role in Orals, Client Presentations, and negotiation discussions with key client stakeholders.

• Complete pricing activities using standard solution architecture processes, estimating methods, and modelling tools to drive quality and consistency.

• Ensure solutions are both deliverable and commercially viable while identifying and mitigating technical and delivery risks.

• Translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes for executives, customers, sales teams, and wider technical audiences.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to technical teams and support the growth of Avanade's AI and Data community.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt, shape, and win opportunities—owning the end-to-end sales cycle from first outreach through negotiation and close, with VP/C-level buyers.

• Build pipeline and deliver revenue through multiple motions: new logo acquisition and land & expand growth across your assigned territory and accounts.

• Lead co-sell motions with Microsoft and collaborate with channel partners—aligning plans, shaping pursuits, and winning together.

• Lead complex pursuits and orchestrate the team to deliver outcome-led proposals—progressing opportunities through statements of work, commercial approvals, and contracting.

• Earn executive trust—map stakeholders, open doors, create referrals, and keep Avanade positioned as a long-term partner.

• Grow business across priority sectors: Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer Goods, plus Resources (Energy, Oil & Gas), Communications, Media & Technology (CMT), and Products (including Manufacturing).

Le consultant rejoindra la pratique Software Technical Architecture (STA) tout en poursuivant son intervention sur un projet stratégique pour lequel il contribue déjà activement.

Ce poste est créé afin de garantir la continuité des activités de delivery et de capitaliser sur les connaissances, les relations et l'expertise technique déjà acquises dans le cadre du projet. Le consultant possède une compréhension approfondie du contexte client, de l'architecture de la solution, des processus de delivery et des priorités métiers, lui permettant d'être immédiatement opérationnel sans phase d'intégration significative.

Au sein d'un modèle de delivery international et distribué, le consultant participera à la conception, au développement et à l'évolution de solutions cloud modernes s'appuyant sur Azure, Databricks, les technologies d'intégration et les bonnes pratiques d'ingénierie logicielle.

À ce titre, il devra :

• Assurer la continuité des engagements et des travaux actuellement en cours.
• Contribuer à l'évolution de l'architecture et des pratiques d'ingénierie.
• Collaborer avec les équipes client, les architectes, les développeurs et les centres de delivery.
• Participer au partage de connaissances et au développement de l'excellence technique au sein de la communauté STA.
• Accélérer la création de valeur grâce à sa connaissance du projet et de son environnement.

Cette mobilité interne permet d'aligner la responsabilité managériale, l'expertise technique et les activités de delivery au sein de la pratique Software Technical Architecture afin de sécuriser la réussite du projet sur le long terme.

Au sein de la pratique Software Technical Architecture (STA), vous accompagnez nos clients dans la conception, le développement et l’industrialisation de solutions de données modernes sur les plateformes Microsoft Azure.

Vous intervenez sur des projets de transformation digitale nécessitant une forte expertise technique autour de l’ingénierie logicielle, des architectures cloud et du traitement des données à grande échelle.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les architectes, développeurs, équipes métiers et experts techniques pour concevoir des solutions robustes, sécurisées et évolutives.

Como Consultor(a) Power BI, você será responsável por liderar o desenho e a evolução de soluções analíticas modernas utilizando Power BI e Microsoft Fabric. Atuando como referência técnica, esta posição terá papel fundamental na definição de arquiteturas analíticas escaláveis, governança de dados e melhores práticas de BI, contribuindo diretamente para a modernização das plataformas de dados dos clientes da Avanade.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar tecnicamente iniciativas de Analytics utilizando Power BI e Microsoft Fabric;
• Projetar, desenvolver e otimizar modelos dimensionais, modelos semânticos e datasets analíticos;
• Desenvolver dashboards, relatórios executivos, KPIs e métricas avançadas utilizando DAX;
• Implementar processos de transformação e integração de dados com Power Query, Dataflows e recursos do Microsoft Fabric;
• Definir padrões de arquitetura, governança, segurança e ciclo de vida das soluções analíticas;
• Garantir performance, monitoramento, documentação e adoção das melhores práticas de Business Intelligence;
• Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de negócio, traduzindo requisitos em soluções analíticas escaláveis;
• Apoiar iniciativas de modernização da plataforma de dados;
• Promover boas práticas de modelagem, governança e visualização de dados;
