About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional with a strong background in Microsoft Technologies to drive enterprise account development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and qualifying opportunities within enterprise accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to build a healthy sales pipeline. This role demands a strong technical foundation across the Microsoft ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise account mapping process — identify, create, and qualify new business opportunities within assigned accounts/territories.
• Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling, campaigns) to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team.
• Engage with enterprise stakeholders to understand business needs and position relevant Microsoft technology solutions.
• Deliver clear and compelling verbal presentations and solution overviews to prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with the field sales, presales, and marketing teams to align on account strategy and messaging.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activity, opportunities, and pipeline status in CRM.
• Stay current on Microsoft's technology roadmap, licensing, and competitive positioning to speak credibly with technical and business stakeholders.
• Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and qualification targets in a competitive, quota-driven environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15 years of overall industry experience, with prior exposure to Inside Sales roles.
• Experience working in IT software companies preferred; hands-on exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem will be a strong added advantage.
• Level 100 (foundational) technical proficiency across:
  • Apps & Infrastructure (Azure Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, App Modernization)
  • Data & AI (Azure Data Platform, AI/ML solutions, Analytics)
• Microsoft Technology certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Fundamentals, or equivalent role-based certifications) are required.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with enterprise stakeholders.
• Proven ability to research and map enterprise accounts, identify key decision-makers, and build qualified opportunity pipelines.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) for pipeline and activity tracking.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform consistently in a highly competitive, high-pressure sales environment.

Good to Have

• Prior experience selling Microsoft solutions (Azure, Modern Work, Business Applications, Security) in an inside sales or business development capacity.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale).
• Exposure to partner ecosystem models (Microsoft Partner Network, co-sell motions).

This role is based out of Bangalore and requires working in a fast-paced, target-oriented inside sales environment supporting enterprise account growth.

The AI Architect Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for designing, developing, and scaling enterprise AI solutions aligned to business strategy and measurable outcomes. This role serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, enabling clients to establish, mature, and scale their AI programs across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The incumbent will lead AI architectural design and end-to-end solutioning and sales efforts, including opportunity origination, qualification, solution shaping, and delivery, by evaluating business processes, operating models, and application architectures to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions tailored to client environments. This role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable AI architectures that deliver tangible value and measurable client outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership and oversight for AI solution architecture, ensuring alignment with client business strategies, technical requirements, and industry best practices.

• Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles, including opportunity identification, qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, pricing inputs, and deal closure.

• Partner with account teams and clients to originate and develop AI opportunities, aligning solutions to business value and measurable outcomes.

• Translate business requirements into AI solution scope, value propositions, and scalable architectural designs in collaboration with AI teams and Solution Architects.

• Analyze client processes, systems, and data landscapes to identify AI transformation opportunities and recommend appropriate approaches based on client maturity.

• Lead solutioning activities including estimation, technical design, and proposal development across the pre-sales and delivery lifecycle.

• Deliver AI engagements in roles including AI SME, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Provide governance, quality assurance, and best practice guidance across AI project teams related to delivery approach, design, and implementation.

• Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and pre-sales presentations to articulate AI value, solution approach, and business impact.

• Develop and contribute to AI assets, accelerators, and methodologies to enhance organizational capability, sales effectiveness, and delivery efficiency.

• Collaborate across global teams and partner ecosystems to share knowledge, drive innovation, and scale AI capabilities.
