Role Purpose

Avanade is accelerating growth across Microsoft's SME&C segment through repeatable, solution-led Catalyst offerings. The Data & AI Catalyst GTM Lead is responsible for driving pipeline, revenue, Microsoft co-sell engagement, and customer outcomes through Data & AI Catalyst Solutions. 

This role combines Data & AI domain expertise, commercial leadership, and go-to-market execution to help mid-market and corporate customers modernise their data estate, unlock AI-driven business value, and accelerate digital transformation.

The role will lead a geographically distributed Catalyst Squad and be accountable for customer engagement from initial opportunity identification through delivery, adoption, and expansion.

Approximately 50% of the role is customer-facing and focused on business development, solution positioning, and executive stakeholder engagement. The role reports to the Area Catalyst Squads Lead. 

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Leadership

• Execute the Data & AI Catalyst go-to-market strategy across APAC SME&C.

• Partner with Microsoft ATU/STU teams to generate qualified opportunities.

• Drive awareness and demand through executive briefings, workshops, webinars, AI events and industry campaigns.

• Develop industry-specific messaging and repeatable plays aligned to priority sectors.

• Position Avanade's Data & AI Catalyst Solutions as the preferred path to business transformation.

Customer Engagement & Opportunity Conversion

• Engage with C-suite and business decision makers to identify strategic priorities and transformation opportunities.

• Translate business challenges into practical Data & AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.

• Lead customer discovery, value definition and solution positioning activities.

• Develop business cases, ROI models and executive presentations.

• Accelerate opportunities from qualification through deal closure.

• Drive co-sell opportunities and Microsoft-funded engagements.
• Align Catalyst Solutions to Microsoft strategic priorities.

• Participate in joint account planning and opportunity reviews. 

• Increase Microsoft's platform consumption through successful solution adoption

Squad Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead a distributed Data & AI Catalyst Squad across market.

• Coordinate solution architects, consultants, delivery and adoption specialists. 

• Foster collaboration, innovation and accountability within the squad. 

• Develop reusable assets, accelerators and best practices. 

• Contribute to the evolution of the global Catalyst portfolio. 

Customer Value Realisation 

• Define measurable business outcomes and success metrics. 

• Support customer adoption and value tracking. 

• Conduct executive business reviews. 

• Identify expansion opportunities and future transformation initiatives.

Deine Mission

Projektmanagement & Projektunterstützung

• Du unterstützt unsere Projektleiter:innen bei der Planung und Durchführung spannender IT-Projekte im Microsoft-Umfeld.
• Du übernimmst eigenständig koordinative Aufgaben innerhalb der Projekte und unterstützt bei deren strukturierter Umsetzung.
• Du unterstützt bei der Analyse des Projektfortschritts und bereitest relevante Informationen für das Projektteam auf.
• Du wirkst bei Finanzanalysen und der Aufbereitung projektbezogener Kennzahlen mit.
• Du bereitest Management-Updates, Reports und Präsentationsunterlagen auf.
• Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Moderation interner Meetings und Events.
• Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Projektabläufen ein und hilfst dabei, Optimierungs- und Standardisierungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
• Du arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen Projektteams zusammen und erhältst dabei Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche des IT-Consultings.

Au sein de la practice Advisory, vous rejoindrez une équipe pluridisciplinaire qui intervient à l’intersection de l’accompagnement du changement, de la transformation IA et Copilot, et de la conduite des transformations digitales. Vous contribuerez à faire le lien entre la stratégie, les besoins des métiers, les usages, les collaborateurs et les solutions technologiques.

Les équipes Advisory accompagnent les directions métiers, innovation, digitales et systèmes d’information depuis l’identification des opportunités jusqu’à l’adoption et à la réalisation de valeur. Leur objectif est de transformer les possibilités offertes par le digital, l’IA générative et Microsoft Copilot en résultats concrets : amélioration de l’expérience client ou collaborateur, optimisation des processus, qualité accrue, réduction des risques, accélération de la prise de décision et création de nouveaux services.

Vous contribuerez aux missions suivantes :

Au quotidien, vous serez en charge de soutenir et d’accompagner les interlocuteurs métiers en :

• Contribuant au cadrage de transformations digitales et IA : compréhension des enjeux, analyse de l’existant, identification des parties prenantes, formalisation des ambitions et définition des résultats métiers attendus ;

• Participant à l’identification, à la priorisation et à la qualification de cas d’usage IA et Copilot, en évaluant leur valeur potentielle, leur faisabilité, leurs impacts et les conditions nécessaires à leur adoption ;

• Concevant des dispositifs d’accompagnement du changement adaptés aux populations concernées : analyse d’impacts, mobilisation des parties prenantes, communication, formation, animation de communautés et soutien à l’adoption ;

• Produisant des analyses et livrables de conseil clairs et structurés, et contribuant au suivi de la transformation au moyen d’indicateurs d’adoption, de performance et de valeur métier permettant de mesurer les bénéfices réellement obtenus.
