Azure Platform Senior Consultant

As an Azure Local Customer Engineer, you will work closely with customer teams to design, deploy, and optimize hybrid and on‑premises infrastructure solutions integrated with Azure. 

Leveraging structured Microsoft Intellectual Property (MIP) engagements, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve a secure, resilient, and well‑governed hybrid environment. 

This is a customer-facing role that combines deep technical expertise in Azure Local, Windows Server, and hybrid services with strong consulting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI / Azure Local) architecture, deployment, and configuration. 

  • Design and implement software-defined infrastructure, including networking and storage solutions. 

  • Support hybrid scenarios integrating on‑premises environments with Azure services. 

  • Deliver structured engagements such as workshops, assessments, and hands-on labs. 

  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and guide customers towards best practices and modernization.

Entra ID Customer Engineer

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers towards a secure, compliant, and healthy identity posture across cloud and hybrid environments. This is a client-facing role combining deep technical expertise with strong consulting and communication skills, aligned with Avanade’s Security and Infrastructure practice and Microsoft Zero Trust principles.

Lo que harás: 

  • Advise and support customers on Microsoft Entra ID capabilities, helping them modernize identity and access management.  

  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot authentication and authorization models, including cloud and hybrid identity scenarios.  

  • Lead and contribute to structured engagements such as assessments, workshops, and onboarding accelerators focused on Entra ID.  

  •  Implement and optimize Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and risk-based policies.  

  • Support identity lifecycle management (Joiner / Mover / Leaver) and governance processes.  

  • Configure and manage Entra ID Governance, including: Access Reviews, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Periodic and self-service access reviews, Support application integrations using modern authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).  

  • Enable and troubleshoot hybrid identity scenarios using Entra ID Connect and Entra Cloud Sync.  

  • Assist customers with compliance, auditing, and reporting related to identity and access.  

  • Collaborate with internal Avanade teams and Microsoft stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Modern Workplace O365 Senior Consultant

Spain

As a Microsoft Office Apps Customer Engineer, you will work directly with customers to help them maximize employee productivity and collaboration through Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams and Office applications. 

Together do what matters 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical guidance and support for Microsoft 365 Apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. 

  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Office Apps, both remotely and on-site when required. 

  • Support customers with deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise. 

  • Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers on best practices, new features, and adoption strategies. 

  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Office Apps within customer environments. 

  • Guide customers in modernizing legacy solutions and adopting cloud-based approaches. 

  • Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates and proactively recommend improvements and optimizations.
