Key Responsibilities
Application of formal change methodology, models, and framework to pragmatically help our clients with their technology driven transformation
Working within a cross functional team to design and develop change management deliverables and activities
Measurement of short- and long-term readiness and adoption
Quantitative and qualitative analyses on impacts and risks to produce data-driven change outputs and deliver pragmatic change
Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders internally and client facing
Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications approach
Development and execution of training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change
Assessment of organisational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps

What you will do:
Desarrollar proyectos de IA enfocado al diseño 3D abordando tareas desde la conceptualización hasta la implementación y despliegue.

We are seeking a Cloud Security Architect who is passionate about strengthening cloud security posture, governance, and compliance for enterprise clients. You will work closely with customers to deliver high-impact security assessments and architecture guidance within a consulting-led model.
Core to the Role
Assess the security posture of customer cloud workloads and environments to identify vulnerabilities and gaps.
Recommend and design security interventions aligned with best practices and compliance requirements.
Evaluate and strengthen configurations for Azure security services including Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault, Entra ID, PIM, Azure Policy, Monitor, and Log Analytics.
Lead and facilitate security architecture workshops, risk assessments, and governance reviews with client teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between security, operations, and business objectives.
Conduct thorough security risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are implemented.
Drive continuous improvement of security processes and controls based on evolving threat landscapes.
Ensure adherence to industry frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.
About You
You are an experienced Cloud Security Architect with a strong background in Azure security, governance, and compliance. You have a proven ability to engage with customers, conduct security assessments, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. Australian Citizenship required.
Professional Skillset

We are seeking an Azure Cloud Architect with experience in Cloud Resiliency Architecture who is passionate about improving reliability, continuity, and disaster recovery capabilities of enterprise cloud environments. You will work closely with customers to provide high-impact assessments and practical recommendations to strengthen operational resilience.
Core to the Role
Assess the resiliency posture of customer environments from both technical and operational perspectives.
Evaluate disaster recovery (DR) plans, business continuity (BC) strategies, and Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs).
Conduct in-depth analysis of cloud infrastructure, application dependencies, observability, and failover capabilities.
Review and enhance incident response plans including escalation protocols, communication plans, and recovery sequencing.
Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and single points of failure across workloads and operational processes.
Recommend improvements aligned with Azure Well-Architected Framework, SRE principles, and ITIL practices.
Engage customer stakeholders to understand RTO/RPO objectives and recovery workflows.
Produce professional documentation outlining findings, risks, and recommended improvements.

You are an experienced Cloud Resiliency Engineer with strong expertise in Azure architecture, disaster recovery, and business continuity. You have a proven ability to assess complex environments, identify risks, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders. Professional Skillset
Deep experience with high availability and disaster recovery design in Microsoft Azure.
Strong understanding of Azure architecture including availability zones, backup, recovery, and monitoring services.
Familiarity with cloud-native resiliency patterns and site reliability engineering (SRE) practices.
Experience designing and assessing Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs).
Experience in business continuity planning and operational resilience.
Strong communication and documentation skills across technical and business stakeholders.
