本ポジションは、日本市場において「AIエージェントを前提とした次世代の企業モデル・業務モデルへの変革」の成功事例（リファレンスケース）を創出することをミッションとする役割です。
組織全体を管掌する統括責任者ではなく、顧客とともに変革ストーリーを描き、実際に成果が出た事例として世に出し、横展開可能な型に仕上げるまでを担う「事例創出のドライバー」としての貢献を期待しています。
その実現には、抽象的なAI論ではなく、受発注・生産・在庫・調達・会計・販売・顧客管理といった基幹業務の実態を理解したうえで、業務プロセスと組織のオペレーティングモデルを再設計できることが不可欠です。
したがって、ERP／CRMをはじめとする基幹系システムの業務・機能に関する十分な知見・経験を、変革構想の裏付けとして求めます。

１，変革ストーリーの構想と成功事例の創出 ・顧客の経営・事業課題を起点に、AIエージェントを組み込んだ次世代の業務モデル／オペレーティングモデルの構想策定 ・構想を「絵」で終わらせず、対象業務を切り出し、短期間で成果を可視化し、成功事例として仕上げるまでの一気通貫のリード ・創出した事例の再現可能な型（アセット・提案ストーリー・KPIモデル）への標準化と横展開
２，基幹業務起点の変革設計 ・ERP／CRMなど基幹系の業務・機能知見を土台とした、As-Is業務の構造理解とTo-Be業務プロセスの再設計 ・業務プロセス上のどこにAIエージェントを配置すると価値が出るかの適用領域の見極めと効果試算 ・基幹システム刷新・モダナイゼーション構想と、AI活用構想の統合的なロードマップ策定

Avanade is seeking a senior Modern Workplace engineer and architect to help clients modernise, secure and transform endpoint and virtual desktop environments using Microsoft technologies. The role spans hands-on delivery, solution architecture, presales support, customer presentations and large-scale workplace transformation across enterprise, government and regulated industry clients.
The role requires strong experience across Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager / SCCM, Windows 11, Windows Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint security, application deployment and supporting identity, network and security services.
What you will do
Solution architecture and presales: Support solution shaping, discovery, estimation, proposal inputs, architecture narratives and customer presentations for endpoint management, virtual desktop and workplace transformation opportunities.
Endpoint management delivery: Design, implement and optimise Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager / SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Windows 11 SOE, update management, compliance and endpoint security configurations.
Virtual desktop and Cloud PC: Design and support Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 solutions, including image strategy, provisioning, user assignment, application delivery and operational considerations.
Transformation programs: Lead or support endpoint workstreams for large workplace programs, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, tenant or domain change, device migration, coexistence and cutover planning.
Hybrid and cloud-only environments: Support clients moving from legacy, domain-joined, hybrid and co-managed environments to modern, cloud-managed and Microsoft Entra joined operating models.
Security and compliance: Implement endpoint security controls using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune endpoint security, Conditional Access, security baselines, BitLocker, application control and compliance policies.
Dependency management: Work across identity, network, cyber security, application, service desk and operations teams to understand and manage dependencies such as certificates, DNS, proxy, VPN / ZTNA, firewall rules and logging.
Documentation and handover: Produce architecture, build, migration, test, runbook and support documentation, and transition solutions into customer operations or managed services.

As a Senior D365 Functional Lead, you are considered you are considered an expert and have in depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM. You are energetic and passionate about Dynamics 365 and how it can be used to solve complex business problems.
You have the capability to lead project engagements and support pre-sales, perform demonstrations when required, providing expert services to solution complex supply chain requirements and supporting functional Solution Architects across primarily D365 F&O/SCM and associated ISVs, including multiple technologies and offerings. With your solution and industry experience, you will lead the Functional team and, provide functional guidance and direction leveraging your deep knowledge of D365 F&O/SCM.
You are also seen as a technology leader within the Dynamics 365 community, and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating and understanding the business process and preparing high level solution blueprints and design documentation.
- Ability to analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet clients’ requirements and objectives.
- Work closely with clients and other team members to define, design and align the business application to the business requirements.
- Convert requirements to functional specifications and functional design documents
- Functional consulting, design and configure D365 F&O/SCM for clients on Finance, Project Accounting, Supply Chain, Production, Warehousing and related modules
- Have experience in handling SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live.
- Have experience in data migration activities.
- Manage and deliver small projects independently. Lead other consultants in delivering according to client expectations; take ownership of successful completion of deliverables and projects.
- Participate in the development of functional design documentation and technical specifications, unit, and system test scripts, and deployment plans to perform SIT testing.
- Facilitate functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients, including the ability to be a trusted advisor for a client to make decisions.

1) Technical Architecture Design:
- Define the technical architecture for D365 F&O implementations, including data integration, system integrations, and application development strategies.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate development tools, frameworks, and technologies within the D365 F&O ecosystem.
2) Development and Customization:
- Lead the development of custom solutions, extensions, and integrations within the D365 F&O platform, including X++ coding, workflows, and data entities.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices for maintainability and performance optimization.
- Review and guide development activities to ensure alignment with technical architecture and project goals
3) System Integration:
- Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and other systems using APIs, data connectors, and integration tools.
- Manage data mapping and transformation processes to ensure data integrity across systems.
4) Performance Optimization:
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in D365 F&O systems through code optimization, database tuning, and system configuration adjustments.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary performance improvements.
5) Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring they understand the D365 F&O platform capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
