本ポジションは、日本市場において「AIエージェントを前提とした次世代の企業モデル・業務モデルへの変革」の成功事例（リファレンスケース）を創出することをミッションとする役割です。

組織全体を管掌する統括責任者ではなく、顧客とともに変革ストーリーを描き、実際に成果が出た事例として世に出し、横展開可能な型に仕上げるまでを担う「事例創出のドライバー」としての貢献を期待しています。

その実現には、抽象的なAI論ではなく、受発注・生産・在庫・調達・会計・販売・顧客管理といった基幹業務の実態を理解したうえで、業務プロセスと組織のオペレーティングモデルを再設計できることが不可欠です。

したがって、ERP／CRMをはじめとする基幹系システムの業務・機能に関する十分な知見・経験を、変革構想の裏付けとして求めます。

■主な業務内容

１，変革ストーリーの構想と成功事例の創出 ・顧客の経営・事業課題を起点に、AIエージェントを組み込んだ次世代の業務モデル／オペレーティングモデルの構想策定 ・構想を「絵」で終わらせず、対象業務を切り出し、短期間で成果を可視化し、成功事例として仕上げるまでの一気通貫のリード ・創出した事例の再現可能な型（アセット・提案ストーリー・KPIモデル）への標準化と横展開

２，基幹業務起点の変革設計 ・ERP／CRMなど基幹系の業務・機能知見を土台とした、As-Is業務の構造理解とTo-Be業務プロセスの再設計 ・業務プロセス上のどこにAIエージェントを配置すると価値が出るかの適用領域の見極めと効果試算 ・基幹システム刷新・モダナイゼーション構想と、AI活用構想の統合的なロードマップ策定

３，市場戦略・事業開発 ・基幹業務領域（ERP／CRM／業務アプリケーション／ローコード基盤）における日本市場向け戦略の策定・実行 ・戦略的テクノロジーパートナーおよびグループ関連組織と連携したGo-To-Market戦略の構築 ・複数ソリューション領域を横断したクロスオファリングによる成長機会の創出

Summary

As a Senior D365 Functional Lead, you are considered you are considered an expert and have in depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM. You are energetic and passionate about Dynamics 365 and how it can be used to solve complex business problems.

You have the capability to lead project engagements and support pre-sales, perform demonstrations when required, providing expert services to solution complex supply chain requirements and supporting functional Solution Architects across primarily D365 F&O/SCM and associated ISVs, including multiple technologies and offerings. With your solution and industry experience, you will lead the Functional team and, provide functional guidance and direction leveraging your deep knowledge of D365 F&O/SCM.

You are also seen as a technology leader within the Dynamics 365 community, and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating and understanding the business process and preparing high level solution blueprints and design documentation.
• Ability to analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet clients’ requirements and objectives.
• Work closely with clients and other team members to define, design and align the business application to the business requirements.
• Convert requirements to functional specifications and functional design documents
• Functional consulting, design and configure D365 F&O/SCM for clients on Finance, Project Accounting, Supply Chain, Production, Warehousing and related modules
• Have experience in handling SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live.
• Have experience in data migration activities.
• Manage and deliver small projects independently. Lead other consultants in delivering according to client expectations; take ownership of successful completion of deliverables and projects.
• Participate in the development of functional design documentation and technical specifications, unit, and system test scripts, and deployment plans to perform SIT testing.
• Facilitate functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients, including the ability to be a trusted advisor for a client to make decisions.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within D365 F&O platform, acting as a key technical leader in defining the overall architecture and ensuring efficient, scalable, and customized solutions for complex business processes, leveraging their deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices to guide development teams and deliver successful implementations.

1) Technical Architecture Design:

• Define the technical architecture for D365 F&O implementations, including data integration, system integrations, and application development strategies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate development tools, frameworks, and technologies within the D365 F&O ecosystem.

2) Development and Customization:

• Lead the development of custom solutions, extensions, and integrations within the D365 F&O platform, including X++ coding, workflows, and data entities.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices for maintainability and performance optimization.
• Review and guide development activities to ensure alignment with technical architecture and project goals

3) System Integration:

• Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and other systems using APIs, data connectors, and integration tools.
• Manage data mapping and transformation processes to ensure data integrity across systems.

4) Performance Optimization:

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in D365 F&O systems through code optimization, database tuning, and system configuration adjustments.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary performance improvements.

5) Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring they understand the D365 F&O platform capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

As a Project Delivery Lead, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Microsoft Purview, experienced in end to end implementations, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget while client management across boards internal of deals, and to the highest quality standards. You will bring strong strategic and delivery leadership to manage complex fixed-price engagements, engage senior stakeholders, and steer execution, decision-making, and overall delivery success across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technology project implementations across multiple countries, focused to Microsoft Purview / MS Fabrics ensuring successful execution within a regional delivery model.
• Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Operate within consulting and solution implementation environments, driving structured delivery while adapting to client-specific needs.
• Engage confidently with CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, navigate complex situations, and build long-term, trusted client relationships.
• Apply technical expertise in Microsoft Purview/ MS Fabrics to:
  • Challenge and guide delivery teams
  • Contribute to architecture and integration discussions
  • Drive informed solution decisions
• Lead cross-functional teams by driving accountability, resolving conflicts, and maintaining delivery momentum, especially in high-pressure environments.
• Navigate and manage projects across Southeast Asia (SEA) by adapting to regional nuances, diverse teams, and varying client expectations.
• Leverage AI capabilities within the SDLC (where applicable) to improve delivery efficiency, innovation, and overall project outcomes.
• Manage commercially sensitive fixed-price projects end-to-end, ensuring strong governance across:
