Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer – Analyst / Senior Analyst

We are looking for Microsoft Copilot Studio Developers at Analyst and Senior Analyst levels to join our Data & AI team and contribute to Generative AI projects, AI agent development and business process automation initiatives for clients across different industries.

As part of our Data & AI team, you will work with technologies across the Microsoft ecosystem, contributing to the design, development and implementation of solutions built with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

You will collaborate with professionals from different technical and business areas to transform business needs into intelligent solutions that deliver real value to our clients.

Depending on your experience and level, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of technical activities, contribute to solution design and implementation decisions, and collaborate with or support other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, configuration, development and implementation of AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into conversational and agent-based solutions.
• Configure agent instructions, topics, knowledge sources, tools and actions.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of generative orchestration capabilities to improve agent behavior and reliability.
• Configure automations and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Automate when needed.
• Support the integration of agents with Microsoft 365 applications, enterprise systems and corporate data sources using standard connectors and APIs.
• Work with enterprise knowledge sources to develop AI solutions that provide contextualized and grounded responses.
• Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues and contribute to improving agent accuracy, response quality and overall behavior.
• Contribute to solution deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement, following development, security and quality best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders and technical teams during requirements gathering, solution design and project implementation.
• Depending on experience, take ownership of technical activities, contribute to implementation decisions and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Identify opportunities for new Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of Microsoft technologies and emerging Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

• Advanced/Graph-RAG、AIエージェントのアーキ設計・最適化（評価・安全設計を含む）
• Azure OpenAI / AI Services / AI Foundry、Azure AI Search、Cosmos DB/SQL を用いた本番向け方式設計
• 実装規約・評価テンプレート・リファレンス実装の資産化と展開
• 提案（課題同定、方式案、見積、PoC設計、デモ）およびステークホルダー調整
• 進捗／品質／リスク／変更管理、メンバー育成・レビュー

スキルと経験

•  LLM/RAG の本番化と継続改善の実績、Azure 設計を主担当した経験、顧客向け提案資料/デモ作成、レビュー主導
• LLMOps（Prompt Flow・評価/監視の自動化）、ゼロトラスト/ネットワーク設計、Cosmos DB のスループット/パーティション設計

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e executar estratégias comerciais para aquisição de novos clientes (New Logos) no segmento Middle Market.
• Identificar e prospectar empresas com potencial de negócios, construindo um pipeline consistente de oportunidades.
• Mapear mercados, segmentos, empresas e stakeholders estratégicos para identificar oportunidades de entrada e expansão comercial.
• Desenvolver relacionamento com executivos C-Level e demais tomadores de decisão.
• Conduzir todo o ciclo de vendas consultivas, desde a prospecção e qualificação até a negociação e fechamento de contratos.
• Posicionar o portfólio de soluções da Avanade, conectando desafios de negócio a iniciativas de transformação digital e modernização tecnológica.
• Identificar oportunidades relacionadas a Application Services, Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, ERP, Modern Workplace e demais soluções do portfólio.
• Atuar em parceria com equipes de pré-vendas, arquitetura, delivery e especialistas para estruturar propostas comerciais aderentes às necessidades dos clientes.
• Liderar negociações comerciais complexas, incluindo definição de propostas de valor, modelos de contratação, precificação e condições comerciais.
• Gerenciar pipeline, forecast, indicadores de conversão e metas comerciais.
• Colaborar com equipes internas e com o ecossistema Microsoft para desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócios.
