Deine Aufgaben

• Beraten & Gestalten: Du verantwortest – je nach Erfahrungslevel – Architektur, Design und Umsetzung von Microsoft Purview Information Protection- und DLP-Lösungen im Enterprise-Kundensegment, von der Analyse über die Roadmap bis zur Transition & Betrieb.
• Klassifizieren & Schützen: Konzeption und Implementierung von Sensitivity Labels, Datenklassifizierung (manuell & automatisiert), Verschlüsselung, RMS-Templates, BYOK/DKE, OME sowie Audit Log Retention.
• Data Loss Prevention: Aufbau risikobasierter DLP-Lifecycles inkl. Policies, Regeln, Betriebsprozessen und Incident Response; Integration von Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Governance & Programm: Aufnahme von Datenschutz- und Data-Protection-Anforderungen, Business Case, Taxonomie, Ownership- und Governance-Modelle sowie Roll-out-Roadmaps.
• Insider Risk & eDiscovery: Konzeption und Einführung von Insider-Risk-Ansätzen sowie eDiscovery-Prozessen im Microsoft-Purview-Kontext.
• Führen & Moderieren: Du leitest Workstreams, moderierst Kunden-Workshops, erstellst tragfähige Konzepte/Decision Papers und präsentierst Ergebnisse bis auf C-Level; je nach Seniorität fachliche Führung, Mentoring und Qualitätssicherung.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in both presales and delivery activities, applying your project experience and technical expertise to contribute to new proposals and customer solutions.

• Collaborate as part of a cross-technical team with different Avanade Spain areas, contributing innovative solutions and applying your expertise to solve complex, cross-technology challenges.

• Apply your expertise in solution design to propose and support Azure-native solutions that provide value and meet customer needs.

• Provide technical and consulting expertise to advise clients on appropriate governance approaches, ensure platform stability, and support evolving business requirements.

• Work on projects that utilize the full breadth of the Azure platform across both IaaS and PaaS, leveraging Infrastructure as Code and automated deployment practices.

• Design and implement Azure solutions across the Azure platform, including subscriptions and management, networking, security, compute, storage, and operations, for major enterprise projects.

• Apply knowledge of the latest Azure infrastructure technologies, including Open Source on Azure, Kubernetes, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Front Door, and Azure Migrate, as well as Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Solve complex technical challenges through infrastructure solutions spanning cloud and on-premises environments, platform migration, system security, enterprise directories, cloud technologies, automation, scripting, and DevOps.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of Azure Platform practices, technical approaches, and solution delivery within the community.

As an accomplished sales professional, you will create and implement strategies to drive business growth, build and maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with partners and alliances. Your role involves understanding complex client needs across IT/ITes, Manufacturing, BFSI, FinTechs, and StartUps, and translating them into Avanade solutions. Detailed Scope: What You Will Do

• End-to-End Deal Management: You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—originating, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals for Avanade’s  services.
• Market Activation: Strategically activate sales plans within your designated sectors (Manufacturing, BFSI, It/ITeS/Mid Market etc.) to aggressively grow market share.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact to coordinate with various internal teams to achieve significant sales and revenue impact.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Avanade Client Account Leads (ACAL), Regional Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and Alliance teams to ensure seamless delivery and partnership alignment.
• Business Intelligence: Utilize business tools and requirements to support sales strategies and work in tandem with Regional Sales Management and Sales Leadership.

Skills and Experience

• Proven Track Record: 11–15 years of experience selling large-scale consulting engagements and Managed Services.
• Technology Expertise: Deep subject matter expertise in Cloud, Digital Transformation, Modern Work, CoPilot, Azure, and Infrastructure solutions.
• Industry Nuance: Experienced in the nuances of interacting with diverse client bases, from high-growth StartUps and FinTechs to established BFSI and Manufacturing,IT/ITes enterprises.
• Leadership & Resilience: A natural leader defined by knowledge and experience, with the resilience to deal with multiple stakeholders across a large region.
• Storytelling: Ability to act as a convincing storyteller and engaging content creator, effectively communicating the value of complex technology.
• Soft Skills: A problem-solving mindset with mature interpersonal and persuasion skills; you must be collaborative and able to navigate multiple cultures and styles.
