■ポジション概要（ミッション）

MicrosoftソリューションとAIエージェントを活用した企業変革を推進し、日本市場における新たな事業機会の創出と変革事例の確立をリードするポジションです。

Azure、Microsoft Security、Dynamics 365、Power Platform、Microsoft 365、Microsoft Fabric、Microsoft CopilotなどのMicrosoftテクノロジーを活用し、顧客の経営課題・事業課題の解決を支援します。

単に統括責任者に留まることなく、経営層との対話を通じて変革テーマを創出し、構想策定から案件化、デリバリー立ち上げまでを一貫して推進いただきます。また、AIエージェントを活用した新たな業務モデルやオファリングの開発を通じて、組織の成長と市場競争力の向上に貢献いただきます。

※ご入社後は、クラウド、セキュリティ、ERP／CRM、AI等のいずれかの専門領域を軸にご活躍いただきます。その後は専門領域に留まらず、Microsoftソリューション全体を活用したクロスファンクショナルな変革提案をリードし、複雑な経営課題の解決を推進いただくことを期待しています。

■主な業務内容

1. 変革ストーリーの構想と成功事例の創出

• 顧客の経営・事業課題を起点に、MicrosoftソリューションおよびAIエージェントを活用した次世代の業務モデル／オペレーティングモデルの構想策定
• Azure、Microsoft Security、Dynamics 365、Power Platform、Microsoft 365、Copilot等を組み合わせた変革シナリオの立案
• 構想を「絵」で終わらせることなく、重点業務領域から短期間で成果を創出し、リファレンスケースとして確立するまでをリード
• 創出した事例を再現可能なアセット（提案ストーリー、ユースケース、KPIモデル、導入手法等）として標準化し、市場展開を推進

2. テクノロジー起点の変革設計

• クラウド、セキュリティ、ERP／CRM、AI等の専門領域における知見を基盤とした業務・システム変革の構想策定
• As-Is業務・システムの分析およびTo-Beプロセス／アーキテクチャの設計
• AIエージェントの適用領域を見極め、業務変革効果および投資対効果を評価
• Microsoftクラウドのモダナイゼーション構想とAI活用構想を統合したロードマップの策定
• 専門領域に留まらず、複数のMicrosoftソリューションを組み合わせたクロスファンクショナルな変革提案を推進

3. ソリューション提案・市場戦略・事業開発

• MicrosoftソリューションおよびAIエージェント活用領域における市場戦略の策定・実行
• 顧客経営層に対する提案活動のリードおよび案件創出
• Microsoftをはじめとする戦略的パートナーとの協業を通じたGo-To-Market戦略の構築
• 提案チームを統括し、RFP対応、エグゼクティブプレゼンテーション、ソリューションデザインを推進
• クラウド、セキュリティ、ERP／CRM、Modern Work、Data & AI等の複数領域を横断したクロスオファリングによる成長機会の創出
• 新規サービス、ソリューション、オファリング開発の推進

• 経営層・事業責任者との対話を通じた課題定義、仮説構築、合意形成

本ポジションは、日本市場におけるBusiness Applications領域の統括責任者として、以下のソリューションを対象に事業戦略の策定・実行を担っていただきます。

ERP・業務改革の知見を活かしながら、AIを前提とした次世代の業務変革戦略を顧客と共創し、構想から実行までをリードいただきます。
・Dynamics 365 CE（CRM）および関連アプリケーション
・Dynamics 365 F&O（ERP）
・Power Platform

日本市場の営業・収益・財務目標の達成に向けた戦略立案と実行、品質管理、クライアント満足度の向上をリードしていただきます。
また、日本法人の経営陣やグロースマーケットのリーダーと連携し、持続的な成長を実現するための施策を推進します。

What you will do:

• Originate, qualify, negotiate, and close deals for Avanade products and services

• Activate sales strategy in WA Health & Public Sector to grow the market

• Coordinate with teams to achieve sales and revenue impact

• Bring necessary support through business tools and requirements

• Work closely with Business Development professionals, Regional Sales Management, and Sales Leadership

• Collaborate with Avanade Client Account Leads (ACAL), Regional Marketing teams, Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, Alliance teams.

• Proven track record of selling Microsoft orientated large-scale consulting engagements and Managed Services in Health & State Government clients

• Experienced in the nuances of interacting with State Government clients and inter Department engagement

• Highly organized with strong time management and coordination skills

• Resilience in dealing with multiple stakeholders across a large region

• A natural leader defined by their knowledge and experience

• Collaborative and able to navigate multiple cultures and styles

• Problem-solving mindset

• Mature interpersonal and persuasion skills

Summary

As a D365 Sr Functional Con, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You’ll solve problems using your ERP knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team and the wider internal ERP community. Avanade’s industry-specific business process modelling and implementation methodology enables faster time to value and lowers total cost of ownership. Key responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the Supply Chain workstream on projects across APAC, mentoring and guiding the team both on and off the project.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes.
• Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use.
• Lead client workshops, analyse business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps.
• Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints.
• Support key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets client expectations.
