Chargeable individuals who design and implement solutions to ensure people have the appropriate access. Including Authentication, Authorization, Administration & Auditing, Identity Lifecyle Management, RBAC, External Identities (B2B and CIAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and implement Zero Trust Principles.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement modern authentication solutions (OAuth, SAML, token-based authentication, claims transformations).
- Manage identities and authentication services using Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and authentication methods.
- Enhance and secure Active Directory environments, including AD tiered models, GPOs, DNS, PKI/Certification Authority, and AD recovery.
- Manage IAM lifecycle processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, JML, IGA).
- Configure and maintain Entra ID Hybrid Sync and application provisioning (SCIM, custom attributes).
- Develop and implement External Identity solutions including Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues across AD, Entra ID, and authentication flows.
- Lead or contribute to solution design and delivery for identity projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Support privileged access management and secrets management initiatives.

We are seeking a Microsoft Technology Account Lead (MTAL) at the Manager level to support and grow strategic technology relationships with key clients in the Montreal market. This role focuses on aligning Microsoft technologies to client business priorities, contributing to technology roadmaps, and serving as a trusted advisor across the client lifecycle.
As an MTAL, you will partner closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to drive value, adoption, and innovation across the Microsoft ecosystem, while supporting account growth and delivery excellence.
What you'll do
Support ownership of the technology relationship for assigned client accounts

Day to Day, You Will:
1. Client Engagement Leadership
Lead end-to-end client engagements from opportunity shaping through delivery execution.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (Director, VP, and C-level).
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design engagements.
2. Business Development & Practice Growth
Contribute to sales activities, including lead origination, proposal development, and opportunity shaping.
Support the closing of Data & AI deals and expansion of existing client relationships.
Build and evolve go-to-market offerings and reusable accelerators within the Data & AI practice.
3. Talent Leadership
Lead hiring, mentoring, and performance development of data engineering and AI talent.

4. Solution Architecture & Engineering
Define end-to-end data and AI architectures, including data ingestion, transformation, serving, and AI/ML layers.

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.
5. AI & Innovation
Drive adoption of AI and machine learning solutions, including Generative AI and agentic patterns.
Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) and MVP initiatives to validate innovative approaches.
Contribute to internal innovation efforts and thought leadership within the Data & AI practice.
6. Delivery Leadership
Oversee large-scale data engineering, analytics, and AI programs.
