2018 Sitecore Experience Award winners reap rewards of great CX

Volvo is redefining its brand and earning 7% increase in global sales compared to 2016 thanks to its digital transformation.

Merck & Co. – Best web content experience: North America

Merck & Co. is making medical information accessible to a massive audience around the world, supporting 14 million user sessions per month.

Open Universities Australia – Best business ROI: Australia and New Zealand

By creating a 360-degree view of its student base to serve them more effectively, the organization is driving an increase in leads and enrollments.

Last but not least, Avanade – Fastest time to market: North America

By updating our website and integrating effectively with our martech stack, we saw a 72% improvement in click-throughs for visitors served with an industry-personalized experience and more than 30% of visitors actively engage. 

Winning these awards is not an easy task; it takes a ton of effort not only to execute a modern digital marketing vision, but to translate those efforts into real business impact. That makes it even more exciting to see a broad representation of global brands across industries. Each winner has a unique take on their market, business challenges and expectations for a great customer experience. And each one is taking a different path to success.
